Thanks Eva, always a good presentation (even though I don't speak Tagalog). Nice large house with some interesting design features. Needs to be on a much larger lot though so that you're not looking at white walls outside your windows. The area is a bit close to Taal for my liking. Hate to wake up in the morning and find the house and gardens covered in volcanic ash.

I agree. The house is beautiful, but the virtual tour does not do it justice. I think a video tour and a voice over will be a better presentation. The problem is there is too much air time dedicated to the presenter; people want to see the house. Pardon me, this is just an observation.

maganda sana layout, kaso yung 2nd foor mukang pang preso. sliding window nalang sana, i know at that price point owners can easily add it but yeah at the price point buyers will expect more. welcome na welcome kasi yung mga insekto sa ganyan. Missed opportunity din ng nag design to showcase the mountain because of the jail bars sa balcony ng 2nd floor room. Most of the designs will just go with tempered glass for the unobstructed view of the mountains. for 78M, this house will have a major changes and the buyer will end up spending 2M more.

Almost perfect po yong mga design nyo, may garden at hindi na kayo gumagawa ng dirty kitchen, so thats moving away from traditional design, parang pang Australian design na, kaya lang po may kulang pa rin
For 78M may mga functions ng bahay na wala sa design.
1. Pantry room next to kitchen kasi sa laki ng bahay, for sure maraming groceries ang maybahay, so kulang sng cabinets.
2) Laundry room with sink, for sure sa Ganda ng bahay, can afford ang owner ng automatic washing machine, and laundry room is a place na nakatago at protected from weather ang expensive washing machine. Kung meron kayo nito, pang rich country na ang design nyo.
3) sa mahal ng bahay, walang enough cabinets in bathroom, saan mo ilalagay ang sangkaterbang bathroom supplies.
Sana ang architect mag offer din ng mga ganito, think funtional po.

sorry ate, I can't help it sabi mo sa cabinet soft close nung pag open mo ng isang drawer sa baba ang tigas dinig na dinig ang kaskas ng kahoy yun na pala ang soft close hahaha. kung hindi sofa table ang nakikita ko sa buong bahay and sino gusto uminom ang harap mo ay dingding or puno hahaha sana man lang tinapat nila sa view db. sinayang ang space ng bahay for me my honest opinion yung view lang ang nagustuhan ko and this is not well plan design house. medyo mataas lang siguro ang standard ko pag dating sa bahay specially if you are paying P78M.
