Just a constructive comment, and I hope it is not taken negatively. It would be grand if Princess will not use the word 'ok' too much. It kind of gives me a rushed vibe to these tours. They, the videos and the explanations are great, it's just the use of the word 'ok' that throws me off. Hopefully it's not taken negatively. Keep up the great work.
Nice house but the main door squeaks? I know it's just the hinges but the developer should have used hinges with ball bearings that costs only a few thousand pesos for a door. The squeaky hinges gives an impression that cost cutting may have been done in some other areas. In our condo which is a little more expensive than most condos, electric sockets easily comes off and poor quality laminated flooring tiles are used. Just saying because the house is nice and the presentation is lively and good.

Is it just my OCD or the way she fails to close each door distracts from the mood she’s trying to set for each room? 😅 I also fear that the entry door that would’ve slammed her from behind because of the wind because it wasn’t closed properly. 🤷🏻♀️🙃 But overall, good presentation. Just please close the doors properly for your safety too. 🙂
