Just so you know, you can visit jangos apartment in the galactic assault version of this map. Its all the way on the right side of the first phase (from the droids perspective) through the door you showed. Makes for a great flanking route.. not many people know about it.

Fun fact: That armor's actually referred to as Phase II Prototype armor, or Phase 1.5 armor depending on who you ask.
It was the prototype version of Phase II Clone armor supplied to ARC Troopers for field testing.
Note the fin on the helmet.

The phase 2 troopers that you were talking about were actually arc troopers, they had phase 2 helmets before any other troopers did.

If I'm gonna be honest I always preferred the Phase I pilots with their full helmets, or some of the Phase II pilot variants like the gear Z-95 pilots used. The open-faced helmet used by ARC-170 pilots and the LAAT pilots just seems out of place considering the Clones have full-face gear for everything else.

No, they aren't commanded by phase 2 clonetroopers. Those are phase 1 ARC troopers, which use a helmet combining elements for two phases. (They are essentially phase 2 prototypes)
I believe that armour variant is called phase 1.5 if im not mistaken?
In legends AND in Battlefront II phase I ARC troopers have just modified Phase I armor. Technically they are wearing prototype of phase II armor in the show.

@@redhoodedgamer4659 I'm pretty sure, that the phase 2 model (regular not arc) was created for season 4, so they couldn't have used it for the battle of Kamino. The first ARC troopers appearance is in Cadets, were they already wear the phase mix IIRC.

And before,in the bus ship that brings Anakin and Obi wan to the senate also has a regular clone armor too
I love your video! And to answer your question about weather on Kamino, on Clone Wars Season 3 Episode 2 ‘Arc Troopers’ it’s actually shown that not only does it sometimes not rain on Kamino, but also that the weather can be quite sunny and beautiful

Phase 2 clones didn't exist during the battle of Kamino and both the battles of Genosis. The clones that seem to have phase 2 in the episode, are phase 1.5. ARC troopers were the ones given these helmets during the time of phase 1
Kamino and Geonosis would both naturally be pretty hot targets due to each planet being where either side raises its army. Not crazy to think there would have been another battle or two in each of those places after the Republic had started using Phase II.
9:28 those are ARC troopers. Originally they wore a prototype of the phase 2 armour.

Well for this map they could have replaced the B2 battle droids because they weren’t even a part of the invasion of kamino but aqua droids were a part of the invasion or if they have a game mode were you can play as the aqua based troops or aqua droids

Regarding number 45. Phase 2 armour was not yet fully pushed out by the time of the first battle of kamino (the one that is in battlefront 2). However the ARC troopers of the Rancor battalion are seen wearing phase 2 right? The ARC troopers were outfitted with prototype phase 2 armour that is officially called phase 1.5. We can identify that this is phase 1.5 by looking at the inclusion of the fin on the top of the helmet. So to clarify there was none of the Phase 2 armour during the battle of kamino.

I would've liked to see 99 as a hero. Maybe he could have the ability to throw thermal detonators since he has some in this scene. He could also automatically replenish the abilities of troops around him and heal them too.

Actually the "phase 2" clones you saw in the clone wars show are arc troopers (basically elite troopers) that wears an experimental phase 2 armour.
Also in this particular episode phase 2 armour wasn’t out yet and they completely decommissioned phase one entirely, you never see both phase together in the show
As seen in Star Wars The Clone Wars Kamino does stop raining during the day. Also, Kashyyyk skins wouldn't be there because only the 212th and 510st were present for the Battle of Kamino. However, you could reason that the Kashyyyk skins were troopers who were about to deploy when Kamino was attacked.
