This detail isn’t crazy or anything but any clone wars map in bf2 that has clone troopers helmets removed has Temuera Morrison’s face.
There’s a selectable style for the officer with his face as well

Also there are lots of Clone Wars ships (like Padme's Ep 2 ship, and the CIS shuttle Grievous uses to arrive on Utapau in Ep 3) that take off from Mos Eisley as the battle begins. (Sorry if this was in the video, haven't finished it yet.)

There's another cool detail in Jabba's Palace, there's a dead Rancor inside of the Rancor pit from Luke killing it in ROTJ
This game is pretty detailed even if it was released at 2017.

This is hands down one of the best looking game I've seen, not only detailed but beautiful and colorful as well.
my favourite details are the fights happening outside the bounds of the objective area which really makes you FEEL like you were in the big fight.
I noticed this detail yesterday when you play as vader you hear the slow breaths of him. But when you start running the speed gradually increases

And when you're low on health his mask makes him sound like he's hard at breath. And bobas jetpack smokes when low too
i have always loved that your suit gets dirty in the mud/snow and you can wash it off in the water

Another cool detail - I really appreciate that when you use the Boushh skin on Leia it changes all of her voice lines/emotes to the "ubese" language from Return of the Jedi instead of her regular english voice

On Naboo, if you look at some of the alleyways that go out of bounds, you can sometimes see people running away from the fight. You can't interact with them though.
Bombastic is probably the only person I watch on RUclips like bruh

It's a shame that Disney doesn't know how Anakins lightsaber is ignited.... It's on the side long thingy and not on the button
it changes in each movie. Anakin uses the red button, luke uses the side thingy.
The thing I like is that when u use vader and run with him his breathing becomes faster
I think it's cool that you can actually shoot and destroy the Spider Droids on Geonosis.
Unfortunately, you can't destroy the smaller crab droids though.

Its not an easter egg, but alot of the heroes have alot of dialogue with each other. It's a very great addition that is usually over looked.
The connection between assault and supremacy is a really interesting detail. And just another reason why I wish the game had freaking galactic conquest, COME ON!
The Rancor is in Jabba´s Palace, in middle of the trap where Luke fell
In BF1 on the jakku map, you could see a star destroyer going down in the background. In the last mission of BF2's campaign, you can see the battle area from BF1 and are next to the destroyer as it's going down
I really liked how almost every map in battlefront 2015 had a major Easter egg. Like that Wampa in the ice caves, the sarlacc. Some gamorian guards, the frozen Tuan Tuan’s.
I would love if they added the cis starship crashing into geonosis, firing lines in the dust would be so epic
On the first order star destroyer, you can get lunch too and also you can make a projection of the cantina band appear on tatooine
One cool little detail I noticed recently while playing as the Ewok in Galactic Assault, is that when the Ewok's Wistie pouch resets, there's a little glow that come out of the pouch.
I noticed this 2 years ago, but the First Order Stormtrooper helmet models are MUCH larger than the Galactic Empire’s & it clips a lot on the body model in character selection.
The Jabas palace Easter egg blew my mind ... literally never realized it

The painting of the pirate from Rebels and The Clone Wars (I don't remember his name, Hondo or something?) in Max's Castle is really cool. And obviously Slave 1 on Takodana - maybe we'll find out how it got there in The Book of Boba Fett?
I went back battlefront a couple weeks ago before it was free on epic games and I noticed that detail when I was going through the skins where Rey switches the yellow lightsaber the way she does in the movie.
One great detail: Ever notice how HUGE Bossk’s head is in comparison to other villains. It’s a solid 5x bigger... LOL. Not normal

In battlefront 2015 if you pay attention to the star ships battling in the sky one of the empires or rebellions capital ships will go down depends on who is winning the battle it’s pretty cool.
I dont know if you will see this but the paintings on felucia might also be from that kid in the clone wars tv show.
I like that in that cafeteria, it has windows that can give you lunch.
I think it would have been cool to have an offline Ewok hunt, the ai for the Ewoks in co op is pretty good and I think it would have made a nice addition

You can actually hide in the Bespin elevators by holding X on the control panel right next to it

General grievous can run people over with his spider mode but droideckes CAN'T when rolling
One thing I have noticed may only happen on Xbox and PS4 where if you dont exit the game but turn your TV and console off and get on the game the next day all the characters animations are faster instead of normal. Pretty minor go try it for yourself.

On Galactic Assault there are animations in between phases and during phases. Such as when the droids are taking the landing platform on Kamino, a trident will land on the platform and on Kashyyyk after the jaggurnauts are destroyed 3 AI vulture droids will fly over the venator in military fashion.
Just wanted to add that in GA Kashyyyk also has a day and night Map.
I still can't get over the fact that we got Ewoks instead of Bothans or some other sneaky race.

If you look in the collection menu on captain phasma’s chrome chest you will see on it a reflection of a imperial or first order hangar 👀
in the death star II map go to the armory and shoot around the helmets and chest plates, and if you shoot a chest plate enough it snaps in half.

I found another one, on Hoth go the the base at the back of the map and turn left, the original Walker assault map form 2015 bf is there! You have to wait for the second or third phase to see it. The ion cannon from 2015 bf is also in the same place!!

Fun fact! Acklays are actually not native to felucia and are trafficked from the planet vendaxa, and I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure it was a canonical error that they were "native" in the 2005 game
