Love the food reviews!! You guys really describe the dishes well and rate accordingly!! A lot of dishes that looked/sounded promising seemed to have disappointed. Except the elote paleta, I already knew that would've been a no-go lol. Keep up the great work! Cheers!!

In your experience from past events do you think it might improve past the soft opening at all? Seems like a lot of effort to set themselves up for failure for a whole 6 week event!

We thought for the past three years the food and wine festival has been amazing, so this was a bit disappointing to see. Truly disappointing. The pork belly was my absolute favorite food of the festival last year. It was soft and melted in my mouth. It SHOULD be overcooked to the point that it falls apart. I hope they smooth out the kinks.
