    Not being able to use it like a regular printer for PC is bothersome. Supporting USB or Wi-Fi for connecting to PC and using standard print protocols would make this a legendary product.

      sorry, it couldn't do that, but you could order other printers: B21, B1, B203or B3S.

    It says here if you clicked again for 0.5 seconds, it will align the tape but mine just prints back the previous printed label(history). How do I align the tape?

      Hi, tape couldn't align automatically. If you are worried about wasting the label, you can directly take the label out without tearing off the backing paper of the last label when printing the last label, and then install the backing paper into the label maker to align it for the next printing.

    Hi.... can i print on D110 with PC? i couldn't find the driver on the website and how to duplicate labels on apps may be 2 to 5, if i want to print them directly with different text without excel reference.

      Hi dear, D110 printer only could be connected to a smartphone, please download NIIMBOT/NIIM in your phone then print it.

    What about the app for Windows? How to make this work? Only over USB-C cable? I couldn't find the driver.

    Wie kann ich die Schrift übereinander einstellen? Es wird angezeigt zum auswählen, man kann es aber nicht auswählen. Es ist hellgrau hinterlegt. Platz wäre auf dem Etikett schon .

    How do you charge this printer? We have one. Nowhere in the instruction manual or anywhere online, does it say how to charge it and what charges are adaptable? Is this something we're supposed to guess?

      Hi dear, please just use the type-c cable(package it with printer) and then connect it to the power, so that you can make it chargered. After 4-5 hours, the blue light will always light up so the printer is full of power.

    The label text isn't dark after printed. The letters are faded in color. How can I fix it?

    How do you change the ink?

      dear buyer, the printer doesn't need ink. This is a new technology we developed. The label paper has a layer of toner on the surface, which is colored at high temperature by the print head, and then the text is printed. The printer can print black text, logos, and pictures. The only consumable of the machine is label paper.

    Print doesn't come out centered as it is in the preview and the print quality is *so* bad. Very pixilated.
