Great to see you both out again have missed you both keep doing the videos people that park next to you are sad don’t no why they do it vary strange but relax you have a lovely person next to you so take care Gary Liverpool
Thanks Gary, appreciate that! I always get uncomfortable when somebody parks that close, I don't know why, I just like my space too much 😂 Just a few lads having a chill out in their motors, so all good👍
Good to see you back, I have the same car I converted to a camper with a rock n roll bed, unfortunately my wife lost her battle with cancer before we could head off to Scotland, she only managed 2 weekends away in it, it’s not the same on my own, enjoy your adventures both of you 😊
Thanks, it's great to be back out. I'm so sorry to hear about your wife - please accept our condolences. I hope you are doing OK. At least you managed to get a couple of trips away and I hope you have some great memories of those.
Thanks, glad to be back out. Plan to be doing them regularly now, last year was a bit of a nightmare with work but I have a few free evenings again now 👍
It's interesting, Alex isn't bothered by it at all but I can't stop checking what's going on outside. I think it stems from my childhood when we had some troubles with my Dad's car being vandalised a few times, it's left me a light sleeper! You do get used to it though, we camped again last night and I didn't even look out of the window. I guess the more you do it the less bothered you become 😄
Big fan of how you two give us an insight of how you arrange/sleep/camp! 🙌 Could you go more in detail for the tailgate switchbutton (cable connection points) and how you attached the windows storage shelf?

Thread here with closeup photos of the window shelf, basically I fiddled with a few offcuts of plywood until I got the shape to fit into the window. Then at the base I added some circle offcuts using the hole saw, these slot into a cup holder in the car panel. Then I used double sided foam tape to stick the rest down: facebook.com/groups/849868278459863/posts/3756893181090677/
@@ManontheOutside thx again! just send a querry to joining this group. Ahh, in an other clip of yours i see the shelf is also supportet/attached to your Boot box, thought it would "hovering" over it... great i think this solution is easier and still get width space for sitting/sleeping for 2 persons
Parking is a big talking point, Vinnie. My wife is working in a supermarket, and if I'm picking her up, l like to be in the same spot outside the shop and get angry if someone is parked in it. There is no logical explanation it's probably a territorial British thing. Audi and BMW and Merc drivers like to take up two spaces, usually . It's all crazy, Britain has gone mad, lol.
Lol, this made me laugh out loud 😂 When I park in work (there are something like 300 spaces and only about 10 percent ever used), I get annoyed when someone takes 'my' space at the back of the car park. Definitely a strange British thing, lol
@@ManontheOutside yeah I have obvs tweaked it and modified god knows how many times, the Ford is a bit longer than the berlingo. I always say I need a bigger camper but I manage more often than not maybe one day when Nova doesn’t go anymore. I have changed the table set up to a Laguna type table so much better the pan the island table leg in terms of of getting in and out as I use my tailgate more than side doors
That Laguna table looks great, just looked one up. Fantastic idea, a definite improvement on mine! I might consider picking one up, as you say the Fiamma leg can be a bit cramped.
You are not alone noticing this, I’ve always wondered why people will park right next to you or near when you are parked up on an empty area. I was parked in this huge forest car park the other day which was empty and a car decided to park right next to me, I wasn’t near an entrance or toilet or anything, it’s weird and don’t know why they do it.

Great Camp this, lots of trains but brilliant views of the lake next to us. Thanks for watching it's good to be back!

Thanks, appreciated!
This isn't too far from me and looks lovely, but I don't think my anxiety could cope with all the comings and goings!

Put on a wheelchair sticker saying leave a 6foot gap for access
That's a great idea, I have just ordered one. Will see if if makes any difference. Great tip!

Welcome to God's own town. I love Carr Mill Dam.
It's a great place, I need to visit more often!

Nice to see you both back. My boot jump was built after watching your early vlogs. I been micro camping for nearly two years now 😊
I'm glad you were able to make use of the video/plans! Great little setup isn't it? 😀

It is totally weird isn't it? I always make a point of parking far away from other cars so I never get why some people do the opposite. 😂
Great to see you back!
Thanks, great to get out again. Another video coming this weekend if I can get it rendered!
Great video folks.....
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it 😀
British roads British parking British weather. Put a sock in it will you.
😂Well thanks for watching all the way through 😄
