I live on the Texas/Mexico border, San Juan, TX. I'm also a trucker. I run TX to Cali, right along the border, Eagle Pass, Del Rio, etc. During Trump, the border was literally militarized, National Guard troops every quarter mile or so. Now, it's wide open. In fact, in Eagle Pass, busses packed full cross the border DAILY. I mean, LOTS OF BUSSES. They stop at the Pilot truck stop so I really see them fueling. Oh, and don't even start me on Mexican CDLS are valid for US highways. Trust me, they are not drug testing those locos like they do us.
