Yo Ginger to stop getting cramps Ona night time instead of water you need to do a hydration mix of water and SIS GoHydro tablets it’ll put the salts back into your body….I use them on my bike camping adventures and I used to suffer with cramps but I think they’ll resolved the issue after all it’s the only thing I’ve changed in my cycling regime. I’ll use them for long day rides and multi day camping trips. Get a few tubes carry them in a pack and u can keep topping up your bottles throughout the day follow the instructions then add another tablet or do another couple of litres. They’re not energy drinks but replacement tablets for everything you loose in bodily expulsions throughout the day….
Anyway apart from that heads up mucka….cracking series of vids on this trip….ABSOLUTELY LUVIN IT
    Bessies
    Ron

@@JohnRichardson-v2l thanks for the kind comment. Yes - maybe I should give magnesium a try. On my next trip I took some hydration tablets to put in my water.
