Update on the 1/6 scale. It will not include parademon switch outs so there will only be 1 version.
Why not? They already engineered it and made a prototype. Why not offer it at retail?

Very beautiful piece!, and Super Vibrant colors that adds to the overall Fantastic look! I'd like to get BOTH A & B versions!, . . . if only I could Afford it. :( But, I'm gonna try to get one of them at least, . . fingers crossed. ;) SUBSCRIBED!!! Great review, my great hesitation was about the head sculpt that I found just ok , even if the red eyes was one is better . I thinking a little more to buy it or not .
I actually like this a lot better than I initially did when looking at their website. The back of the cape is the main thing needing to be addressed though. Or maybe that skinny hand peg.
I do like it because i have it on pre order as well. I just have concerns about all the weight on that peg.
Which is why I’d only order the smaller one, especially since you said you didn’t have as much concern with that one.
I love it. Hopefully they'll offer version b in 1/6 scale. Love the s on the cape and the chest. Good decision. Love the belt.
sorry they told me 1/6 will only have one version but at least you will get both head sculpts

Fantastic review as always Art, you knew I was going to watching this one ASAP! The paint apps look really vibrant and I love the textures throughout. Agreed that the engineering on those pegs looks a little dicey. Maybe they can reduce the weight of the Parademon and make it super lightweight like the lid of the regeneration chamber with the Superman black suit. Thanks for sharing, man I’d love to see the proto in person lol.
thanks Stewart! i know how crazy you are with superman 😆but yes, the overall details are great as usual. i agree on making the parademon lightweight b/c it will be a problem later on. always appreciate your opinion.
I like the concept here more than on Batman. Makes more sense for Superman. I saw the improved portrait but i'm still 50/50. The picture didn't catch the detail that well. I really hope the S on the back isn't going to be this way, would love to hear confirmation on that lol. Version B is the way to go, but I am worried about leaning. I'm still on the fence.
yes, i wasn't too excited for Batman either. i think the improved portrait is better but still need more expression. as far as leaning, we just have to wait and see what they can do.
Like yours reviews, always honest. Love XM pieces so much, full of details, and it is a nice looking statue. But, I am more for Marvel

It's absolutely disgusting how XM would offer fans the illusion of choice between 2 scales, and yet make 1 scale decidedly less attractive than the other because "wE nEeD t0 kEeP tHe pRiCe d0Wn."
Makes me appreciate Tweeterhead even more, for making their releases that are available in both 1:4 and 1:6 scales exact replicas of each other (outside of their scale, of course). At least we 1:6 scale buyers are never made to feel shortchanged at all.
Another great review!! I collect Superman above all else, but I’m not liking these portraits. They look too toy like and it just doesn’t fit well. The rest is good work
