That’s one hell of a set up! Little too complicated for the average guy in the event of a break down, but I’m sure investing in the top quality components limits down time. Nice work
I appreciate it, brother! It's way overkill for most. It operates just like a normal system until you use the fluid transfer system. There's a small learning curve. I have simplified it even more since the last video.
BROOO LOL YOU" Are a fuckinging mad scientist!!I love it!! super sick i love the attention to detail!! i'm just starting my business and i aspire to have this setup!!
Fantastic set up friend, I hope it serves you well. Roughly 4500 lbs of trailer and equipment is quite a bit over what the Frontier is built for. Be careful.
I’m in the beginning stages of starting my pressure washing buisness def not on this level lol but have more than most starting out, got about 28+ customers now atleast 2 jobs a day after work few on the weekends, about a month worth of work back log, running it out of my 07 Honda accord lol gotta start somewhere
You have to have customers to justify the need for equipment. Sounds like you are off to a SOLID start! It's much better than I did my first 6 months. Whatever you are doing is working, just keep repeating it. 👍
@@essentialmaintenanceservic4682 preciate it, and tbh it’s all because of who I know lol others who have businesses and them recommending me and me recommending them lol it’s just a cycle
Downstream gives around 1.25%. Softwashing ranges from 0.5% to 12.5%. Another reason is redundancy and options. There's 3 Softwashing options, 3 Downstreaming options, and 2-step fleet washing built-in as well.
@essentialmaintenanceservic4682 Thank you! I think this is the route I'm going to go, or two 7s. A single 7 is perfect for almost everything I use a softwash system for. I've been running into a few shots that a single 7 can't hit and i want to stick to an on demand system and i don't want to omit the 12v from my rig. A second benefit to this system is that my backup 12v is plummed up if one were to go down. No need to swap.
@jasonbraun9060 Using a 5.3 and a 7 keeps you in the proper metering range of the V4 valving. Two 7's works great! However, you are now getting into larger valving to meter it correctly.
It's on my needs list for sure. It has airbags, so it toes well. Most importantly, it stops well! The only thing worse than a vehicle that won't go is one that won't stop.......
Loving it.

Thanks, brother! The components are coming to a pressure washing store near you soon.......😉
Dude this thing is incredible.
Thank you, Sir!
Awesome, thanks for sharing
New update coming soon.....

I have airbags that increase my towing capacity and correct the pinion angle. 👍
Frontier will pull 4500 no problem lol

I’m curious.. what’s the point of having a downstream injector and a soft wash system? Aren’t they just the same thing??

I want a pressure wash
What is in the the shorter tank, is just water?
If you're talking about round one, Bleach.
This trailer is awsome! Any idea what distance you are getting with the 7 and 5.3 running at the same time?
Yes, Sir! 57'!
Here's a demo I did in another video.

@essentialmaintenanceservic4682 thank you again for the information. I kind of figured that would be a bottle neck as I am running a v4.
hello,how much this trailer ?
Around 23k
Hi randy
Hey!
Not enough valves! Amateur. Also missing a flux capacitor. 😁
The whole inspiration was the flux capacitor.....😅
You need a bigger truck, dude
