NEW UPDATE IN THE DESCRIPTION! Advanced, Integrated, Hybrid Softwash/Downstream System
If that ant the danm truth you don't know what you you don't know tell you know 💯
i want to make a pressure wash trailer setup can you help me do it????
Possibly
I thank you for helping me
I don’t get it?
It's a 3-way. It has a 1/4 line going to your injector and a 3/4 line going to your chemical metering valve.
You should do an in depth video on assembling and using.
@@alanphillips1344 I've moved past that modification. ruclips.net/video/snIX6Od4gFg/видео.html
This is a real business ,not a fly by nite summer job . Great set up
I want a pressure wash
great system
Thank you, Sir! I'll post a new video soon. I have improved it.......
Awesome, thanks for sharing
New update coming soon.....
What’s the size of those connections to the pumps?
3/4" tiger flex to a 3/4" hose barb.
BROOO LOL YOU" Are a fuckinging mad scientist!!I love it!! super sick i love the attention to detail!! i'm just starting my business and i aspire to have this setup!!
Thanks, brother! The components are coming to a pressure washing store near you soon.......😉
Im looking to build one. Seems very strait forward but do you by chance have a video build on it ?
I don't have a video, brother. However, it's very easy. Just be sure you use 3/8" ID hose and your pressure washing gun.
@@essentialmaintenanceservic4682 thanks man
That’s one hell of a set up! Little too complicated for the average guy in the event of a break down, but I’m sure investing in the top quality components limits down time. Nice work
I appreciate it, brother! It's way overkill for most. It operates just like a normal system until you use the fluid transfer system. There's a small learning curve. I have simplified it even more since the last video.
You need a bigger truck, dude
It's on my needs list for sure. It has airbags, so it toes well. Most importantly, it stops well! The only thing worse than a vehicle that won't go is one that won't stop.......
do you have a link to were i can but this pump at?

Hi randy
Hey!
Thank you, yes, helpful working on my hose
Your welcome
Save some for the rest of us
where did you find that bung cap with a siphon?
I made it.......👍
Do you start the pump to pull bleach to downstream injector in order to downstream with the pressure washer? I did add the $60 3way without starting the no chem was pulled. Please advise, thanks
If it's hooked to the output on the front of the remote rinse module and the module is on, it works.
@@essentialmaintenanceservic4682 thank you for the quick response, I will take care of it tomorrow
Let me know how it comes out.....
I only pull chem when I start my AR45
hello,how much this trailer ?
Around 23k
Great rig, but try hiring a guy to run it… too much going on.
It's made for me. However, it has been updated, improved, and simplified. It is a prototype system that is now perfected. ruclips.net/video/4qGJaK4goOw/видео.htmlsi=wDJJaXZvC1yI33m6
I do welcome and very much appreciate the feedback, both positive and negative. I'm trying to make something useful and convienet, and you don't get that without honest feedback. 👍
Fantastic set up friend, I hope it serves you well. Roughly 4500 lbs of trailer and equipment is quite a bit over what the Frontier is built for. Be careful.
I have airbags that increase my towing capacity and correct the pinion angle. 👍
Frontier will pull 4500 no problem lol
This trailer is awsome! Any idea what distance you are getting with the 7 and 5.3 running at the same time?
Yes, Sir! 57'!
Here's a demo I did in another video. ruclips.net/video/_iucbDN0aZ4/видео.htmlsi=tumggKVyRMrvRsi0
@essentialmaintenanceservic4682 Thank you! I think this is the route I'm going to go, or two 7s. A single 7 is perfect for almost everything I use a softwash system for. I've been running into a few shots that a single 7 can't hit and i want to stick to an on demand system and i don't want to omit the 12v from my rig. A second benefit to this system is that my backup 12v is plummed up if one were to go down. No need to swap.
@jasonbraun9060 Using a 5.3 and a 7 keeps you in the proper metering range of the V4 valving. Two 7's works great! However, you are now getting into larger valving to meter it correctly.
@essentialmaintenanceservic4682 thank you again for the information. I kind of figured that would be a bottle neck as I am running a v4.
A Very Sleek setup, my man
Thank you, Sir!
Info on how you used the pack out kit to hold gear would be awesome. That is something I would be interested in doing.
ruclips.net/video/Ruh4UvntlSk/видео.htmlsi=laj1-vr_Z_OmK-7Z Here's a brief overview I did a few months ago. 👍
Dude this thing is incredible.
Thank you, Sir!
I’m in the beginning stages of starting my pressure washing buisness def not on this level lol but have more than most starting out, got about 28+ customers now atleast 2 jobs a day after work few on the weekends, about a month worth of work back log, running it out of my 07 Honda accord lol gotta start somewhere
You have to have customers to justify the need for equipment. Sounds like you are off to a SOLID start! It's much better than I did my first 6 months. Whatever you are doing is working, just keep repeating it. 👍
@@essentialmaintenanceservic4682 preciate it, and tbh it’s all because of who I know lol others who have businesses and them recommending me and me recommending them lol it’s just a cycle
~~~~NEW UPDATE~~~~ ruclips.net/video/4qGJaK4goOw/видео.htmlsi=i8ucyV9kezJaXYxr
can we please get a how to?
I will do a how-to video. However, I can't do one at this time.
Very Nice !!!
Thank you, Sir!
There's more valves and switches to shake a stick at
Not anymore..... 2024 setup has NO switching!
I have simplified the design ruclips.net/video/4qGJaK4goOw/видео.htmlsi=x-HWOd3X47W-o1Bm
How is it pumbd?
💯💯💯 what size tanks are those 2 ?
20 gal
What do you use more? I understand different applications but just curious.
Just got it set up. I plan on running whatever the job calls for. I like having redundancy and choices. However, the optimal setup would be to run the 7, and I have the 5.3 on demand. It's good for another 9 ' and 3.5 gpm.
Two batteries or are they both on one?
Demo: ruclips.net/video/_iucbDN0aZ4/видео.htmlsi=f-8kI27og529IUE0
Have any videos of this in action?
There's a video link in the description of it functioning.
@@essentialmaintenanceservic4682 Thanks for letting me know. Guess I missed that. Thank you for the great videos and info!
Starship Enterprise 😎
😂
God bless Him....But his parts alone cost more than my entire rig😮😮😮😮
Buy once, cry once.......😅
Bro wtf
It gets better.....
That’s a well thought out, nice rig!!!
Thank you, Sir!
Looks like Christmas. Very nice.
Ho! Ho! Ho! 😅 Thanks, brother!
@@essentialmaintenanceservic4682 LOL
yikes. I hope you don't have to train someone, so much moving. you may want to really consider venting your tanks, You NEVER EVER want to fill tanks that don't have bleeder valves. Only one of your tanks, from what I see, have a bleeder on it, and it only works with vacuum. All of these tanks will be under extreme pressure when being force feed without opening the lids. This then forces pressure on all your valves. Same goes for your buffer tank. If there is no bleeder valve or small hole in the top, the positive pressure from the garden hose forcing water in will cause issues on your gear. On the reverse, your pumps will have a hard time pulling water as it'll end up trying to implode the tank. Nice set up, but man seems way over kill.
It's a prototype that has multiple technologies incorporated into it. I added things to it that it doesn't need because I have been doing proof of concept. There's another 6 new technologies that I haven't even started on yet. In the end, I will have about a dozen variations of this system. The chemical and water tanks ARE vented, and the soap tank lids are crap so I didn't have to worry about venting them......Lol! Thanks for the kudos on the build. It is a VERY system to use, brother, and I will have some videos in the spring of it. I have also made some revisions that simplify it further and expand the capabilities of the system.
Appreciate the wealth of info I’m just starting and I don’t totally understand everything you said but sounds important I will reread until I do.
I dont understand how the remote 12v is hooked to the pump with the Proportioner
The remote rinse module, metering system, and pump are connected with 3/4" Tiger Flex hose.
Is the rinse module after the pump or before the pump
@@mikeyclarkson1114 Before, inlet side.
Ok love the set up thank you
@@mikeyclarkson1114 Thanks!
People make this business way more complicated than it needs to be lol
These hybrid designs will bring the industry to the next evolution.
Fax
Prototypes can get complicated before you tweak the designs. I have simplified it. ruclips.net/video/4qGJaK4goOw/видео.htmlsi=x-HWOd3X47W-o1Bm
For real man there’s no need for this at all!😂
@UbiCisneros There's about 2 dozen reasons for it. It will perform any function you will ever need to on a wash rig. I believe in performance, efficiency, and redundancy. These parameters are baked into the DNA of the design.
Started my business end of last year. Already have the Midwest remote rinse module for my Softwash setup. Would this mod work with a 2.7 gpm? Scaling as I go and a bigger washer is 1st on the list.
Yes! It works as a dual remote chem source for anything......👍
Nice rig. Lots of great details.
Thanks!
I forwarded this to Elon Musk, when he offers you a job I want dibs on the trailer.
LMAO!!! 😅🤣😂
I'm thinking about selling this prototype to build another one. I have about 20 hybrid designs, and my current prototype only scratches the surface of what's to come.......😉
Talk about a plumbing nightmare!
It's a lot easier than it looks. Everything is labeled, so you're just connecting the dots.
Thanks for the in-depth walk around. WOW! Need one of these! Did you build it? If not, any chance on giving us a rough pricing guide on a system like this and where we can get one?
These will be available. I am having the blocks for the metering system manufactured, and I have several components being made specifically for me. I don't have a price point as of now.
Wow, what a setup! 😮
Thank you, Sir!
Dag on science project gonna watch many times tho
