Hey Ken, great video! One thing, and it’s all of your videos, your volume is really inconsistent. I could hear you on the beach, but once you’re in the van I have to more than double the volume. It’s the same issue whether on my phone or in my tv. And it doesn’t matter if the van is running or not. I don’t know if it’s just the GoPro, or what, but when you were in the restaurant the volume was fine.

I was on the Oregon Coast in a parking lot,and I noticed a Van like yours,but it was a camper van,and it had German plates.I talked to the people,and they were here from Germany,and had their Van shipped over.Super nice people

Ahhh yes, The Breakfast Pig 🐷 lol. Michigander here and that's our go to every trip when we're up in The U.P. visiting White Fish Point etc. My favorite is the Eggs Benedict A La Pig lol. However I have tired the Mother Clucker as well. My husband, his go to is either the Porky or the Notorious P.I.G. (which of course I've sampled and liked as well lol).... Really enjoyed this trip and going to miss it, however excited for future adventures. Glad you and Carol had such an amazing time and made it home safely.
Every time I hear Carol doesn’t like something, I feel like I’m her spiritual twin. I seem to dislike everything she does. I don’t dislike the taste of thigh meat, but I just too often get gristley pieces that end up being a turnoff, so I often avoid ordering chicken in restaurants if they say it’s thigh meat.
At 20 ltr for 100km that works out to about ~5.28 gallons to go a little over 62 miles. I hate math but that comes out to about 11-ish miles to the gallon? Which for something that big is actually pretty good. A 600 ltr tank comes out to a bit over 158 gallons so figure probably 1,700-ish miles to a tank.
Ken, how do you like your cooler. My husband is a truck driver and needs to find something 12v that will keep his meals frozen until he is ready to make them. Looking for suggestion from someone who has a 12v fridge/freezer.
Enjoying the road trip. Carol needs to be a bit more enthusiastic with her reactions to the food. I’d hate to see her reaction if she disliked something. Sorry Carol.
Wow, you guys pay a lot for fuel. We are complaining in Chicago about $6/gallon gas (about $1.60/liter). I guess we all are feeling the pain of rising prices. Anyway, beautiful scenery out there. Enjoyed the video .

The original fuel tank is 180L and the range is 700km. So with a 600L tank the range is probably around 2200km.
