This is what I love about Young Nails videos, always caring enough to answer questions fully and creating the content needed to enhance our skills. You guys are awesome x thank you x
I think it's amazing that you're willing to speak with someone on social media and basically make a video for them! This is great and I can't wait to practice 💅
Thanks Greg . I have a feeling that you made this for me. I fricken 💓 you! !! Ur my mentor. I can't express how much you made my day today making this video. Now i have the answers in detail to get me to be the best i can be. I was shocked and flattered to see you do this. U have tremendously helped me bc now i get it . IM STILL ON A HIGH! THT U CARE SO MUCH TO DO THIS FOR ME AND OTHERS IN MY SITUATION. Bless you and ur family. U are the best teacher i have ever had . U took the time out to show your support and went further by making this informative video. Thanks for sharing your techniques 4 just caring. I wish there was more ppl like you in this world . Wht a world it would be.
I absolutely adore this Nail School series. Every time I watch one of these videos I learn something new on how to work my product to get better more consistent results. Thank you!
This is so great. I am always amazed at the free instruction you provide. However it wasn't until I came to OWC that I actually had the light go on. This is something that should be taught in nail school. Thanks guys! You're the very best out there!
Been in school for 2 months now, paying $6000 for it. I was taught to always drag the brush, every time I pick up the acrylic, it’s very difficult to work with....THANK YOU so much for this video!! This is very helpful!
Nail School is my favourite RUclips show. 26 years of doing acrylics and I'm still learning! Many many many thanks for sharing your knowledge. Love you guys!
Amazing 👏, simply amazing 👏👏!!! You have no idea how much I've learned from all your videos. You don't play around, you go straight to the point. Thank you for sharing these tips with us.
Just came in from the shop. Waited all day to watch it. Worth the wait. I'm setting up my home station now to get to it. Young nails team is awesome. The knowledge you share is always on point. Just today we was talking about liquid to powder ratio. You guys rock as always.😀💖😀
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for young nails for all of y'all that do all this nail tutoring, you guys are so awesome and caring and loving and I'm so glad that I'm able to learn so much from you all, one thing I do wish is that i could take a course in learning how to do or use the nail forms I struggle so much with that no matter how much I do it for some reason is just so intimidating for me! out of all the times I tried doin this technique i believe maybe one time I actually got it right lol, but then after that it's like I started getting nervous about doing it again and I just gave up, I don't know what it is that I seem to struggle with the nail forms lol... 😏
Please please do a video or a series where you teach a beginner or intermediate these things, I always find seeing someone make mistakes and being shown how to correct them is really helpful!
I needed this in my life so bad. I even downloaded it. Your videos have helped me refine my technique so much. Thank you guys. When I get certified I'm supporting your business by purchasing products. You are awesome!
Good video, I save great informations as always, I do the mix in the polybag, acrylic pounders, I make a perfect cover thank you guys, I make practice with this way small medium large bit, you learn us saw much things
Thank you soooo much , Most definitely nail school !! I always see runny pearls in some tutorials and wondered if that affects the setting time for the acrylics if it has to much liquid. thank you too much for breaking everything down . YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!
This is the best video so far I've seen for how to pick up different size beads. Can you do one like this on how thick acrylic application and gel application should be looking down from the free edge? Looking from the top and side doesn't show very well.
Good vid as always!! My instructor insisted we begin with a #10 brush. Not knowing a lot about this, can you do a vid (or series)on the best brush to look for and for different products and nail services?
Wow Greg thanks so much for those tips thy are really helpful, but my question is, is it the same process for all type of acrylic brushes, you guys rock 💅
As Greg puts his plan in place to Ban all inconsistent pearls, can we #SaveTracey from the visual tour meant of witnessing one more inconsistency?? Tune in next week to find out! ( can you tell I’ve had a boring day ) 🙃🧐😏
This is great love it!! Now that I've seen it and heard it explained this way , it reminds me of the 3 zone filing bit method or the 3 to 4 zone method of laying the acrylic down.. does that make sense?? I don't know , but to me it makes sense and reminds me of that :D #youngnailsfamily
THIS IS BRILLIANT!!! This was barely covered in my Cosmo school mannnnnny moons ago! I’ve been wanting to nail tech for awhile now but this was my biggest fear. Liquid to powder ratio. You’ve explained it so concisely! Thank you! P.s., what are you using to place the pearls on for practice? Is it a tile? Easy to reuse? Thanks!
Brush size is just a preference. Greg uses his signature brush, size 12 and Tracey uses our artistic sculptor, size 9. You would need to ask your state board what they require as every state could vary.
This is Fab! But does this method work with all systems or is This Just for your liquid and powder? I love your videos and have problems with my current acrylic lifting and consistency. Tempted to switch and try yours x
I watched this video when it first came out and im watching it again as im now learning acrylics im going to be hearing Gregs voice ( consistent) as I sleep bye time I finish repeating this vid lol

You are so great!
Does the angle of the brush going into the powder matter? Will it work that same say if you went in completely vertically?
Lamar does matter... 100%... go in at 45 degree angle...
The best i have seen on youtube

As Greg puts his plan in place to Ban all inconsistent pearls, can we #SaveTracey from the visual tour meant

P.s., what are you using to place the pearls on for practice? Is it a tile? Easy to reuse? Thanks!
Greg was working on a table towel, a tile would totally work too
YoungNailsInc Thank you so much! 💖
What size brush do you use Greg? Thanks so much for taking the time to educate us. Every video is very well done!
In this video, he is using our artistic sculptor brush, size 9. Now Greg always uses his signature brush, size 12.
Needed that help! Thxs guys!
Thanks Greg!!
Love this channel!!😍
What size brush should be used ? What size brush does state board require ?
Brush size is just a preference. Greg uses his signature brush, size 12 and Tracey uses our artistic sculptor, size 9.
You would need to ask your state board what they require as every state could vary.
P.S. young nails is some beautiful acrylic!
