- Bleacher Report recently ranked the most clutch Game 7 performances since 2000. The list includes incredible performances from Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant and Steph Curry. However, LeBron James' 2016 performance against the Golden State Warriors came out on top. Besides his memorable block on Andre Iguodala, LeBron becomes the first player with a triple-double in Game 7 of the NBA Finals since James Worthy in 1988. So they are not gonna give Kyrie Irving an honorable mention for coming back from 3-1? If he doesn't hit that shot then the Cavs lose in Golden State cause God knows LeBron wasn't about to.
That’s actually false. If Kyrie missed and the Warriors went scoreless like they did Lebron still wins it with a free throw. Big shot but it the Cavs defense was huge in winning that game as well because they shut the Warriors down in the final minutes. It was a full team effort.

And before Kyrie’s shot the Warriors had noting left on offense. That’s why they kept jacking up bad 3s. They were gassed. They couldn’t hit a shot to save their lives. The shot was a big shot but the Cavs defense was just as big if not bigger because they kept an offense like the Warriors from scoring for like 4 minutes. Any points win that game with that defensive stand.

Note: Jordan and his superteam Bulls got taken to 7 games against Reggie Miller and a bunch of scrubs!

@Chimou Ya but that’s only counting finals, he couldn’t even make the finals a lot of those years yet people use lebrons finals count against him as if making the finals and losing is worse than losing in the first round. Also having a team that could make the conference finals right after you left and playing against teams like the suns with only Charles Barkley or the Utah Jazz with Stockton and Malone helps a lot. Stop pretending those chips are more valuable than Lebrons when he won a chip against the team with the best record ever and then made the finals without Kyrie and as soon as he left that finals team had the worst record in the league. Everytime Bron leaves a team, they go from making the finals and can’t make the playoffs the next year. You need to take a look again and see how stacked those bulls teams were without Jordan, especially compared to the cavs without lebron or even the heat without lebron
