We don't play with players born or raised in the basque region of "northern spain". We play with players born or raised in basques academies from Euskal Herria (3 provinces from the so called basque country + navarre + north basque country, which is under the french state). It seems incredible that an irish doesn't undestand that while you have unfortunately part of your country under the british rule...

Creo que una mayoría de españoles, entre los cuales me encuentro desde hace décadas, no queremos saber nada de ustedes. En referencia a Navarra, lo tendrán que decidir en su momento los navarros y las navarras. Hablando de fútbol, tenemos el deseo de que abandonen La Liga de mi país lo antes posible. Dos estados, dos ligas independientes. Si yo fuera vasco nacionalista como usted y aficionado al Athletic, me manifestaría a diario exigiendo la salida inmediata de la competición del país vecino. Esperemos que podamos verlo muy pronto, es lo único que tenemos en común
