It doesn't work that way. The credits are not monetory equivalent while redeeming them. For ex. 1,000 credits are not equal to INR 1,000 while redeeming for any goods/vouchers available. The discounts on goods/vouchers are offered by the merchants present on CRED and they pay to be present on CRED. The platform provides goodies in terms of credits and the merchants get quality buyers. A win win situation for both. The increase in delta (user WOM) is organic due to fantastic UI/UX of the app itself.

Delta 4 concept is good but to achieve success you need to maintain Delta 4+ efficiency over existing option or it will create reverse Delta 4. For example Catching an AUTO on street is very easy so its new Delta 4 over booking Ola/Uber on their apps with frequent cancellations, high prices, bad ride expeience etc.
Handy cam, wooden chair(nowadays bean bags), suitcase( nowadays trolley), desktop (nowadays laptops), libraries (nowadays u can get books from anywhere)
Kunal Shah ji ekdum bholu bhaiya hain. Wo kehe rahe hain ki through delta method, you have to find a more efficient state, where your USP is not a USP, but a UBP. But, if something like this happens, your USP is not irreversible, and rather, reversible. Because, an irreversible system commands you to stay stagnant, whereas a reversible system will keep flowing and upgrading itself. I can show you this with an example. Once, I downloaded CRED, and when I tried to login, it showed me that I cannot acces it. Probably because I don't have credit cards. This is OK. There is no problem with this. What happened with me was Just. But, the way you achieved it was by knowing the credit score of someone and knowing weather that person owns a credit card or not. And through the CRED app, you are supporting people who have a credit card, and encouraging people to better your credit score. And this is the major flaw of CRED. People will brag about CRED, and discard it when you ask them for the information they once shared, which is, how efficient you are in paying bills to credit card companies. And, your "UBP" will turn into "UPP" or unique pathetic proposition. Right now, you are burning money so they install CRED and use it. Once you put your next phase of your plan in action, these users will try to find loopholes to use those same benefits. If I am right, your next plan after you burn cash to get customers would be, give coupons of companies that wish to be promoted. And your TG, the audience which has the maximum amount of money, will use CRED to use the biggest loophole in CRED - which is, creating a new CRED account. But you will say, I am using PAN for unique identification. And here is the blunder you are committing. The PAN you are using is the data owned by banks, which is why the banks will end up controlling CRED. And I know how to destroy banks. But I cannot do it. Because the banks I would destroy would harm the common man. The only advice I would give you is to sell CRED to someone who wishes to destroy CRED, like the bank itself. And the irony is, it will not destroy CRED. It will end up destroying itself. Like YES Bank. Just ask the owner of Yes bank, that why did it get destroyed? You will get a deeper understanding of what I wish to say.
