Great video. I'm trying to talk my wife into relocating from LA to SAC.
Thank you for watching the video! If you ever have any questions about the market here then reach out anytime.
Thanks for this informative video dude well done very good! I considered relocating to the Sacramento area? Im currently in Vancouver, Washington and i hate it here! There's only 2 seasons rainy season which lasts from October through May! And a brief summer that only lasts 3 months. There's also way way too many overcast or cloudy days throughout the year which sucks!
I hear it’s beautiful there but lots of rain. We only get about 19 inches of rain on average per year here.
Thank you everyone for watching the video! I’m aiming to post one video per week on this channel.
For smaller children an adventure would be Sea Quest in Folsom...Its right outside of Sacramento., worth a field trip for young families..I've lived here over 40 years, just another recommendation
Thank you for the recommendation, Marsha!
I agree with Marsha’s recommendation, when my family and I lived there we always enjoyed visiting the Sea Quest & walking around the Palladio Mall area and eating at BuckHorns.
@@SteveRam Thank you, Steve! I’ve never been to Sea Quest.
@@JasonWalter1 Sounds to me you need a field trip to Sea Quest., find a small child and go!!
My wife and I will have to bring our 18 month old daughter sometime!
I really miss all those goods times growing up in Sacramento and skipping school to go enjoy the American River.
I left sac last may. My top 5 reasons for leaving, no particular order. TRAFFIC, COST OF LIVING, TO HOT, HOMELESS, FIRES. As a con I can't understand how you didn't mention the cost of living. The American River parkway is not safe. Gangs another reason to get out. No seasons. Anyway I could go on.
