Mix until just combined with spatula, then mix in stand mixer on low/medium speed until dough begins to pull away from the side of the bowl and becomes smooth (you can also do this by hand, it just takes longer). Let rest covered in well-oiled bowl at room temp for at least 30 minutes until the dough becomes doubled in size, or sealed in refrigerator overnight (up to 2 days). For the Sauce: 6 oz warm water 4.5 oz good quality tomato paste (Cento, Mutti, Napoleon, etc) 1.5 oz sundried tomatoes packed in oil 1/2 tsp oil from sundried tomatoes 60g honey (about 3 tbsp) 1 1/2 tsp anchovy paste 2 cloves garlic a few leaves of fresh basil 3 1/2 tbsp fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper 1/4 tsp dried basil 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp dried marjoram 1/4 tsp dried italian seasoning 1/4 tsp dried herbes de provence 3/4 tsp onion powder 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper powder 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes none of this is optional; i don't care if it's needlessly maximalist combine ingredients in container and blend using immersion blender (or whatever blender you have that will work) until fully blended and smooth. You may add extra honey and salt at this point to taste, until the desired balance is achieved. To make the pizza: Preheat oven with pizza stone on top rack to 550 degrees F, or as hot as it will go. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface until you have a thin 14" round. You may also stretch the dough using your knuckles if desired. Sprinkle flour and corn meal onto a pizza peel (this helps with transfer of dough from peel to oven), then place dough on peel and finish forming dough to shape. using a fork or similar instrument, perforate dough surface to prevent blisters from forming while cooking. Brush olive oil over surface of dough, then spread sauce in thin even layer (you will have extra). Grate 8oz whole milk low moisture mozzarella on large side of box grater, then spread grated cheese evenly over sauce. Use an offset spatula to ensure dough is not stuck to pizza peel by gently sliding beneath dough. Carefully transfer uncooked pizza from peel to preheated pizza stone (If your dough is stuck, use offset spatula to loosen in from peel.) Cook for 10-14 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust has browned. Remove from oven, brush crust with additional olive oil and garnish with flaky sea salt. Add chopped fresh basil to pizza. slice and enjoy.

Feels like an acid trip lived by Mr. Rossi playing Burger Time and Sonic. Artwork and crazyness felt like Mr. Rossi the old italian cartoon. Also : @2:00 "The level design of Pizza tower is UNPARALLELLED"... curb your superlatives ;) Lots of games have equally impressive or better level design

In a future dlc, i hope that pizza tower has the noise as a more prominent threat, possibly as the main foe of an expansion pack. And i know they scrapped regular co-op, but a nsmb/sonic2 style battle mode with its own dedicated levels would be good.

Also, ive never really seen anyone point it out but as someone who grew up in the late 2000’s, and the entirety of the 2010s i can say that the animation here feels more newgrounds. I can see where people get the style from, it does indeed look like ren and stimpy but the humor and tone feels a lot more like meme humor, with noise flipping you off and the jumpscares, the brick.
Watching this made me think of a cool idea for pizza tower. It’s like the Celeste b sides and it includes the noise. (Adding the scrapped idea of choosing the noise to play as) if you choose the noise the level will be harder and noise is a bit slippery.
Though being a game that has so many nods to old games I used to love as a kid, sadly I just know myself that I'd never have the patience now to play Pizza Tower and find fun in fucking up till you get good.
From what I've seen from mods and the demo, pizza tower multi-player is pretty jank, so if they do re-impliment the noise, I hope it's as a separate campaign like shovel knight. As for additional dlc yeah B-sides sounds good too.
That's a shame about the multiplayer, but honestly I feel like jankiness kinda fits pizza tower. But I can totally see how throwing more than one player into the mix really shakes things up
I really love how well you express your feelings about the game, but I would disagree on the making a celeste B sides type dlc, I feel like it wouldn’t really thrive as much, but I would say that dlc levels could easily be harder.
