I think Amicia's deep love for her brother is the sweetest part of the whole game. I like that she was very angry when that guy claimed that she only cares about Hugo because she is the designated "protector" of what is within him.
Amicia and Lucas went the wrong way though,they didn't know about his exact location so they had to go through the arena and then try and track him down. Vaudin probably knew the optimal route back to the city,assuming he had to do some wandering to make his way to the castle and roam around the city when necessary.

Honestly very fun game I've nearly completed it it's a little buggy here and there but honestly the character development and the emotion in the game is well done

I already know by the end I'm gonna be too attached to a lot of the characters and I'm most likely going to cry if one of my favorites get killed. Something else I really like is how they expanded on the alchemy side of the game from the first one.
You actually miss your chance by jumping on a cart and to on top of the house, which would have given you a clear view of your enemies and a chance to get rid of them when you were near the tower going around for nothing.
The reason the game can render so many rats is because the developers were clever and use things like GPU particle instancing. Each rat is technically a 3D mesh particle, and modern GPUs can handle a stupid numbers of these, they use the same mesh and due to this the GPU can simplify the rendering cost for them dramatically.

Wow are you telling me you can beat this game in around 11hrs?! Also, am I the only person who is having trouble sneaking around guards in this one?! I went through the 1st game without any bad problems! I'm having a difficult time sneaking around in this game!! Noticed this one was way harder than the 1st one during the scene where you had to escape the burning field! The warning indicators that tell you when someone is near aren't much help when sneaking because by the time I see it pop up, it's too late they already spotted me. I can't count how many freaking times I've gotten spotted! It's beyond ridiculous and beyond "fun" to me.. I hate that I'm having so much trouble with this because I was so excited for this game to come out.. I just keep getting spotted no matter how hard I freaking try... If I'm the only one having this much trouble, then I guess I'm just too dumb I guess..
