Guys this was literally me. I live in the country and I was walking to an abandoned church looking for Pokemon and this guy stops there car 10 feet away from me and steps on the brakes and speed pedal and it looked like he was going to turn into the church and I was literally about to make a run for it through the woods but the people I was with told me not to so I didn't.

My brother and I are the same trainer level and when we walk together we find the same pokemon (unless the fucker uses an incense) and the ones we catch seem to have the same stats and weight etc.
What is probably happening is that spawns for every level are probably present, but which ones you see at any given location are based on your level.

thanks to pokemon go I was forced to go to a graveyard and catch a ghastly. It was caught directly above my mother's grave stone so..... I just called it MOM and moved on. Now my strongest pokemon is MOM and I get to laugh and remember back when she used to tell me pokemon would never be useful. It brought back some long lost memories. (PS: I live right next to what seems to be a charmander spawn point. I am a freeking god!!!)
