- Welcome to Salvage Secrets channel! In this video I'm going to show you our new rebuild project- a 2018 Audi A4 Quattro S-Line we just picked up at IAA salvage auction with Undercarriage damage announcement.
It only cost us around $500 to fix this $25k salvage car that was totaled by an insurance company, and we expect to make at least $5-6k profit on this car!
Cars with undercarriage damage are pretty common at Copart and Insurance Auto Auctions (IAA) salvage auctions, but you have to be very careful when buying them especially sight unseen!
Buying a car like this can be very dangerous if you don't do your homework first! So check out our other videos where share my best tips and tricks that will help you avoid huge money pits and headaches at salvage auctions.

just was checking out 2016 Audi A6 rebuilt project video and you uploaded a new video. Long time, no see. Thanks for all the great content Andrei :)
I look forward to your videos. My idea of a salvage car is more like 500 bucks, but your high end stuff is pretty impressive. Keep them coming if you have the time!
I love that car!! I can drive a stick. I learned to drive a stick in San Francisco on a steep hill, it was scary but I was determined. You actually have more control of the vehicle with a manual transmission.
I really enjoy your videos please make more of them 👍
Awesome video!!!
Welcome back after long time 😜
More videos brother
Can I ask you do u how much around does it cost to rent a garage that size . I just subscribe I love ur video
Hey Andrei,
do you know any European version of bid history site like bidfaxinfo in the US?
Where is your mechanic located at.
how the BMW X6 rebuilding is going?
Salut Andrei,de unde esti? Imi place ceea ce faci
What about the title itself, do you do paperwork to change it from Salvage to Rebuilt? Or does it stay as Salvage title and you sell it that way? Thanks!
It’ll say Rebuilt… in MOST states. Some states will not issue rebuilt but the title will be branded savage.
Thanks for videos ….can undercariage damage make the air bag to deployed….i see one car in coopart only everything looks good the air was deployed and its say undercariage damage ??
Is it actually feasible to flip salvage cars Auction to auction? If so, are we talking buy, fix, auction....or buy and just auction? I know the buy fees and sell fees are freaking astronomicall at some of these places, so I was not sure if profits are even possible.
You need to know what you are getting into. Buying into a vehicle with mysterious damage can cost you more than it's worth.
Also knowing what vehicles sell in your area is important. If you are in a snowy area and buying rear wheel drive sports cars, you may have a hard time selling them.
Just be prepared for worst case, don't buy something on a hope and a prayer.
Nice car. Still to rich for my blood. Easy fix tho very nice eye catching the way fix. Love the videos!

As someone who believes in critical thinking, I have to ask: Why would an insurance company total a car with minor damage such as damage to an oil pan and slight damage to an engine cradle? I would think it would be in their interest to authorize repairs for a few hundred dollars?
In my experience banks just want to get rid of these cars asap. They have no interest really in fixing these things up.
Shop-rate for subframe replacement is probably high. An older Audi is also worth less than you'd think
Nice !!! 😮
never in a zillion years ! audi is just going to keep breaking over and over i guarantee there is a whole lot more than 500 in problems in that car add about 2 zeros mabe
