This company’s customer service is absolutely horrible. I purchased this machine privately and someone incorrectly wired the switch. I requested a schematic so i could wire it correctly and they absolutely refused to help me or give me the information I requested. The gentleman was rude and disrespectful. Typing and capitalizing certain words with straight refusal to assist because I didn’t purchase it from them. I wasn’t asking for warranty repairs just help to wire the machine correctly. Once I fix this machine, I’ll sell it and never own one from this company again. Claims because I didn’t buy it from him, I’m not a customer and therefore he doesn’t have to provide customer service to me.
