Sir, jinaki eik din ji kali kamai Rs.25000/-
hai,wo apne kaale karname chupane ke liye information dene ki bajay 25000/- ki penalty bhar deta hai.
Yahan per RTI fail hai.
Penalty uss PIO ki 6 months/12 months ki salary ke barabar honi chahiye.
