      Bit racist mate. I know plenty of shit Polynesian footie players. Give me a Sexton , Farrell or Beauden Barrett any day of the week. Granted some very gifted lads from the islands partake also, but that's a tad on the extreme side to say, there's not the talent amongst white folk to play the game at elite level. Cheers. It is more like, this is the reason why the Minnow South Pacific Rugby Nations are weak....All their strength are pilferred by by both Australia and New Zealand. Watch the International Reps from schoolboys to NPC, Super Rugby, Mitre 10, NRC and the Wallabies and All Blacks. New Zealand Maori would make up the indigenous team which is qualitatively a top 8 in the world, easy! Still, it is great for the game. Not complaining for Australia and New Zealand, but, sympathy for Samoa and Tonga especially.

      Samoans team is 70% full of born an breed kiwis though they benefit as well do Tonga. How does NZ pilfer a polynesian kid who was born an raised in NZ from samoa just because hes ethnic samoan/polynesian. Its like saying NZ steal all the Caucasians from the British teams because thats their ethnic roots. Theres heritage rules in place to let people play for ancestry nations but that has a limit.

    • @TimBrianTufuga
      @TimBrianTufuga 6 лет назад

      Such an obtuse reply. Your percentage statistical evidence is purely a guesstimated opinion rather than researched empirical fact. You have made a comparison of Caucasians with Pacific Islanders which is a racist statement if ever I heard it. What I had stated above is culturally accurate and it is evidently visually salient with an obvious lack of Caucasians on the modern day New Zealand rugby representative teams in the recent millennia of New Zealand cultural society. Two decades ago and more New Zealand representative rugby teams were made up mostly of Caucasian players. Comparatively speaking, if the same players from that period were to play against these Pacific Islander players of today the Pacific Islander dominated New Zealand team will more than likely THRASH them. Today, the KENYAN Rugby Sevens team bet the Fijians sevens and Australia in the Las Vegas sevens. Again this is because of the evolution and dispersal of the game to cultures and athletes of superior genetics who have assimilated into the culture of rugby with NATURAL GENETICS and have demonstrably revealed that they are able to assimilate very EASILY. Sevens aside Rugby for instance reveals that not only Pacific Islanders are revealing their genetics superiority but the African genes where super fast sprinters of African ancestry has revealed their pure superiority in a sport they are relative novices. You will need all the Pacific Islanders especially the Samoans Fijians and Tongans to shore up the rank and file of New Zealand in light of the global interest in an Olympic sport. Future of Rugby players will reveal pure Caucasians in any Australian and New Zealand and American team will truly be multicultural. As for Pacific Islander minnow nations like Samoa and Tonga whose populations are less than 200,000 respectively will always be weakened due to the socio-economic and population disparities. Fiji, with a population close to One Million has much more depth than the Polynesian race. On the point of Caucasian and Pacific Islander comparison, I would draw your attention to the Kenyan rugby union team. Not a single player on the team is of mixed race, they are similar to Fiji, they are purely Kenyans. Have a nice day Caucasian Kiwi!

    Rugby is about as popular in Oz as watching grass grow and to be honest most of us Aussies don't give a fuck about it as a sport. It's a great game to play but it's a shit sport to watch on TV, at any level. Way too many stoppages and far too slow to be interesting. The only two Oz cities interested in the game are Sydney and Brisbane where most of the private schools are. If you're from a public school it's most likely they'll play Rugby League. The ARU can't even fill a 40k stadium for a test match with the kiwis, unlike the AFL where a club game can fill the MCG with 100k+ and it's fucking awesome to watch live or on the tube..

We had enough class players to make 3 Wallaby sides and they would all have gone close to winning the 91 & 95 RWC as did the run on side that won those titles. And we were amateurs then. Today, they get paid heaps and play with no Muna. (Pride)

      Hey Revol Boy. I played rugby for Whakatane Marist first XV and the Bay of Plenty. I played against all the All blacks of the day, Fox, Tuigamala, Clarke, Bunce, Jones, Wright, etc etc, I played for the ACT, I was selected in the U/21 Aussie squad in the late 80's. I played first XV Rugby in Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra with and against all the World Cup winning Wallabies, Horan, Little, Smith, Herbert etc . So I know what Rugby is about at all levels. Can you say you've played at this level with and against the best players on the planet?And I'm saying to you, Rugby is boring compared to the AFL. Aussie Rules is faster, high scoring and you get 2hrs of great entertainment while sitting in a huge crowd. Rugby cannot compete and it's not just me who thinks that in Australia. Do yourself a favour and go to the MCG when there's a big game on. AWESOME.
