I got screened in in all my 3 attempts, gave good narration, and stayed calm while GD, I just tried to participate in GD and gave only 1 or 2 points and got screened in every time. be as simple as you can and attentive to other.

I got screened in my first attempt from 11ssb. I couldn't narrate the story completely but gto got the idea, I spoke once in gd and the guys listened. 2 of us got screened in from 17 students.
The second time also I got screened in from 34ssb. I narrated the story completely , loud and clear, crisp and short. I couldn't speak anything in gd as two guys were dominating. So I made it look like I am trying to indulge in discussion but due to their disgrace manner I was getting subdued. 2 of us got screened in from 22 students.
Tips for repeaters: Your narration should be strong as there is less time in gd.

    Sir ..
Your program played a great role in my life. I only attempted 14 days coaching but in this 14 days my way of thinking has totally changed my torch of thinking is moving up . sir your life line program made me aware what I write and what I m actually . and I m changing myself .
Your way of teaching is so simple and effective. In other coaching center they only explain and move forward they don't care who has understood and who has not.... But u move forward with every last candidate .
This program has changed my life. Whether I shall get recommended or not but I shall be a gentleman in my life I shall be a successful in life .
    Thank you sir.

i hv been 7 times screened out out of 10.
good performance in oir, sticking to all instructions, observng picture carefully, writing natural response as a story, clear narration and participating in GD (keep in mind the aim of gd is conclusion so whatevr u speak must be logical and it should be a step closer toward conclusion or the point tht involves or merges evryones good point)

even i observed this in one of my SSB, and felt the same like what went wrong, everything was fine and the end result is not so satisfactory, its kinda demotivating moment but still we do trust the assessment process and completely believe in the system , so do not loose hope, keep trying untill u get recommended.

    Hey,
I am Harshit and am currently attending 4 week SML+SSB Batch at AFOSOP, Pune. We are referring to these videos which are very very helpful.
Here, the emphasis is upon the Major reasons for Non-Recommendations in STAGE-1. I gather from this video that OIR in Stage-1 plays a very important role in Getting screened in. Candidates with a higher Officer Intelligence rating tend to increase their chances of getting screened-in by many folds. Keeping this in mind we cannot ignore the fact that PP&DT (both writing and narration) is equally important. Towards the end of the video sir mentions Load Management Tool used by the assessors at the SSB for Technical Entries at all Level (i.e Both after 10+2 and Graduation) is still true even after 6 years and the influx of candidates is increasing every year.
Such videos truly help Young "fresher" students going for their 1st SSB to understand how things really work out on the D-Day.
Thank you Sir for the Effort.

Sir I was screened out in my 1st attempt.
I could give 2-3points and in my group only 4of us gave that much points in gd of ppdt .
The other 3candidates are selected from my group and,I'll not.
I think it's because I stammered 3-4times in that GD.
Even though I've confidence to become an army officer.
So,sir would you please help me to overcome my stammering problem and to increase my communication skills?

Neha shouted for the help and guards come running towards her. In the mean time Neha cover her nose, open all the windows and close the open chemical beaker. Ramesh was pulled out of lab by guards and taken to hospital after first aid he get well and thanked Neha for saving his life. Lt. Col Ganesh Sir, thank you for such an insightful video... it was very truly helpful... I hope everyone appreciates your hardwork like I do ... The only thing that was missing from my SSB preparation were these guidance videos and now I have found them!!
Sir, I have attended SSB once in Jan 2012 (NDA Entry), and I would like to share my Stage-1 Experience(I cleared stage 1 but was not recommended)
In our group there was this one guy who had taken coaching from Cavalier Delhi and was very over dominating. He didnt let anyone speak and when the GTO and other officers told him to be quiet and let others speak, he said"Sir, if u don't allow me to speak then how wil u be able to access my full potential?" They all fell silent for a minute thrn told him to wrap up in 1 min. He did so. and when the results were announced, he didn't make it to stage 2.
Sir, I would kindly request u to upload a short video soon regarding how to tackle the interview for repeaters. We repeaters face a different challenge than freshers. Sir kindly include commonly asked questions to repeaters and how to tackle them.
Thanking you and awaiting an early response.
    Thank you sir.

its very good explanation of how to get through stage one testing , thats why i got through in stage one testing in my recent naval ssb and afsb but unfortunately didnt get recommended. Now i will go through all your videos and find out what went wrong that i should have done earlier. its title should be how to get through stage one rather then major reasons for non recommendation in stage one . Thanks for your video sir

    Jai Hind Sir,
after 5 screen outs i was able to get screened in from 11 SSB, Alllahabad by following your videos but didn't get recommened due to many mistakes done unknowingly. now i come to know the mistakes after watching more videos, these videos are very helpful, specially for working candidates like me who don't have enough time to attend coaching institutes. All your work is wonderful and clearly indicates what to be done in SSB interview.
    thanks a lot.
