- Yesterday, Bungie updated the loot inside the Free To Play Prophecy Dungeon, and in today's video I'm going over all of the new loot, where it comes from, and what perks are best for you to farm for PVE.

One minor detail that I missed (because I'm a bad RUclipsr) is that the Origin Trait actually ramps up damage per shot as you get lower in the magazine. Unfortunately with my testing using the Judgment, this damage capped out at 3% which is only 1% more than the first bullet once you reach the damage buff threshold 👍

Homie mustn’t understand the purposes of kinetic tremors. It’s okay, I was the same at first too until I used supremacy with rewind/tremors for dps 😍
Yeah it’s a top tier perk, add clear and continuous DPS.
I love it for champions. The tremors can stun, which give you a big window for reloading so you jeep continuous damage on them or for swapping.
Regardless of your approach, it enables it.
Its also free damage and AoE just for hitting an enemy.
p.s. Also a bit surprising he doesn’t like tremors, but does like dragonfly and incandescent.
Just use b&s or focused fury instead of overhyping kinetic tremors
Adhortative (The Undying Pulse Rifle) can also roll with Heal Clip OR Attrition Orbs + Incandescent btw
Different archetype but which ever you prefer should be good. On the flip side adhortative is craftable so it may be better off for enhanced perks.
@@damionh7218 Yeah I'll probably still go for a roll of Darkest Before since I like the archetype more, but having Adhortative crafted is still nice until I get the roll I want

For the pulse rifle you can also get heal clip + incandescent on Adhorative, which is craftable. Better that than trying to farm this one

Demonjoe, I had no idea the "Light" and "Dark" buffs over to the left were related to the Origin trait, I thought it was a visual representation of where I was in the Prophecy DUngeon (the light part or dark park of a room) and now I am dying

Kinetic tremors is sooo good granted it’s more of a single target perk with a bit of an aoe that can snag some ads up, def good for beefier targets clustered up and has great synergy with shoot to loot on the guns with that combo, honestly my ideal roll for the smh might end up being tremors plus sub def a good roll
Loots good weapons with a lot of good rolls to chase, rlly turned prophesy from a dungeon to do soley for the fun factor with eh loot to something to grind for some rolls
Imagine hating on kinetic tremors
I think I'll be looking for...
Dragonfly + Frenzy on the auto,
Heal Clip + Kill Clip on the 540 pulse,
maybe Slice + Frenzy on the other pulse,
and PvP rolls for the smg, shotgun and hand cannon.
Prophecy is the only dungeon I know well to be able to solo since I’ve really started actually consistently playing Destiny 2 when beyond light came out. Haven’t been able to play much as an adult because of work. I played the beta and played D1 daily with raids and nightfalls but Destiny 2 is great but I don’t ever have any time to play consistently because I have to take monthly breaks.
If I’ve never gotten a weapon from prophecy as the powerful weapon for the encounter can I farm it? I did the first encounter like 25 times and I got one prosecutor and like 14 warlocks bonds 😢
Got the auto to drop with voltshot + dragonfly while farming the phalanx encounter and my god is it beautiful. Even in a GM it’s ad clear potential is insane.
Is it bearable as a bad archetype for pve?
Feeding frenzy/onslaught will probably be better than subsistence in anything at or below level since it will often require close to a magazine to get a kill.
Also discord and cascade point is a never before seen perk combination on the shotgun, it’s quite fun to pair with a ff/onslaught adjudicator.
Onslaught already buffs Reload Speed by a substantial amount.
@@nullandvoid7524 and it’s a 600rpm smg so it needs all the reload it can get. Tell me subsistence would have any viability in master or gm content.
@@nullandvoid7524 Yep, fast enough for you to get a reload and the next kill in before the timer runs out.
@@Welverin subsistence on smgs just isn’t worth it, unless you’re in very low level content

I’m a bit surprised you don’t like tremors, but recommend dragonfly. I’d think they’d fall in the same category.
I got the new pulse with outlaw + desperado, ofc I'm not complaining but I don't play pvp anymore and I really want slice and hatchling on it.

A rare demonjoe video?! I wouldn’t completely pass over trench barrel and envious on the shot gun since pyrogales cyclone can infinitely proc trench barrel. Would be nice to see an updated dungeon weapons tier list video at some point!

@@Eptzol could you elaborate? I got that roll on the AR and thought it could be an interesting thing to pair with a rocket sidearm in the 1st slot.
@@Nexuishthis is different tho, idk about cascade on the ar, might be good, havent looked. Hes talkin about cascade on the shotgun, which, when compared to the two other dmg perks in that slot (trench barrel and 12p) its just not worth it. This is mainly due to cascade requiring kills and such beforehand, so it already requires much more setup than 12p or trench. It also doesnt even last terribly long either, only ab 5 sec or so. Im also pretty positively sure that trench and 12p will lead to more overall dmg than cascade will, dont quote me on that tho. Idk, to me it just doesn’t sound worth it but hey if its your thing thats fine. (Theres also not a rocket sidearm thats in the first slot in the game rn, would be cool tho)
They really need to make every activity farmable at all times. I don’t want to just login and grind prophecy for a week straight but that’s about the only option I have with their current set up. I would much rather login once or twice a week for a little bit and play over the next few months instead of way too much in a week and get burnt out again.
PSA Darkest Before is trash, if you want something actually good with Heal Clip + Incandescent use the Crotas End Auto.
