@Elliot Choy yeah not really common for people to openly record in public. by that I mean, people don't know if you are recording them or not. obviously you are not, they just a bit worried about self-image and privacy. nothing to worry about, they still want you to enjoy. I know for sure live streaming is preferably done indoors but from time to time, some people do outdoor streaming, but it isn't common.
