Go out of your way to see people in need. This really helps a person to have a reality check of what happens in this world. We often don’t see this in the news, and often we do not want to see the suffering of others. But when a person goes to an orphanage, it is very heart breaking to see young children without parents. Or one can go to a home for the ages. We see what happens to the body when it gets old. And maybe no one is visiting some of them anymore. They often just wait to die. One can also go to hospitals or funerals in order to become more compassionate and kind to others.

Every YOU is a ME and all YOU-MES have a sense of I-NESS and feel they are right. God is all knowing and sees the beginning from the end. There is freedom in surrendering all outcomes to God. When things are falling apart, they may actually be falling into place. 🙏🏼

Here is a video of Alan Watts talking about gratitude and empathy: Compassion is the Key ~ Alan Watts.
In this video, Watts discusses how compassion is the key to understanding and connecting with others. He also talks about how gratitude is essential for living a happy and fulfilling life.
Watts' teachings on Wu Wei, or the act of not forcing, are also relevant to the topic of gratitude and empathy. Wu Wei is about letting go of our attachments and allowing things to happen naturally. When we practice Wu Wei, we are more open to receiving the gifts of life, including the gratitude and empathy of others.
Here is a quote from Alan Watts that sums up his philosophy on gratitude and empathy:
"Gratitude is the appreciation of the present moment. It is the realization that every moment is a gift, and that we are fortunate to be alive."
I hope you enjoy this video and find Watts' teachings to be helpful.

    Similar to 5 Love Languages:
    1.) Words of Affirmations
    2.) Quality Time
    3.) Physical Touch
    4.) Acts of Service
    5.) Gifts
You want people in your life to be happy for the things that you do. If you ask a favor to help with an acts of service (laundry) if very often the answer is no; however you chose to do it anyway because we see it is enjoyable for both sides….”happy wifey, happy hubby!”😊
