A battery powered grinder would take a minute or two to get through two of those legs, then you can just overhead press it the rest of the way with your crack-strength. Bolt cutters would also chew right through that angle iron, whole cage could be gone in 60 seconds and silently too.
Those cages don't stop them... They will strip them in the cage.... My advice would be to stop flipping houses in the hood....
