Get the house checked to see if it has been earthed. Chances are that it is not. Get a qualified installer to do the earthing and bonding work for and say goodbye to that shock.
Alas there is even no meter.Electricity comes from the street pole straight to a breaker in a secluded house.From there to the Circuit breaker-hell on earth
You mixup with earthing and binding...... bonding is connecting neutrl to ground ONLY to the first main breacker box pannel and NEVER to the subpannel.
