Interview With World Champion Boxing Trainer, The Legendary Abel Sanchez

- In this special episode of Pullmanomics Perspectives, professional boxing trainer John Pullman had the honor and pleasure of sitting down with world famous boxing trainer Abel Sanchez.
Sanchez is best known for training world champions such as Gennady “GGG” Golovkin, Lupe Aquino, Terry Norris, and Murat Gassiev. His famous training facility, The Summit, in Big Bear, California, has seen the likes of fighters such as Saul Canelo Alvarez, Oscar De La Hoya, Sergey Kovalev, Miguel Cotto, and so many others walk through the doors.
We learn about how Abel got into the sport of boxing and became a trainer, his philosophies and training techniques on how to build world champions, how he built his business from the ground up, when he met GGG and started to train him, his take on the first two Canelo vs. GGG fights, the Mexican meat situation, and so much more.

I’ve noticed all his fighters get great punching mechanics especially on lead and rare hooks something too really study..

Hello thanks for your question. He actually does not sell them yet. He is in the process of developing them still. Once we know when he is selling them we will post something for sure!

Is there videos or full clips of the beginning of the video where he is showing the equipment? And how he was showing the guy what to do ?
There is a lot of businessman spirit, it seems opportunity in the industry is the thing here. Where is the craft ?! TaeKwoDo then some Kickboxing to Boxing Coach. Abel must be a hell of a fast learner, there are people like that. Realistically, the craft takes a lot of time. I feel some in the community would have a naysay about Abel's CV. Maybe Boxing is such a Tornado of an industry, that anything can happen, as long as you know how to position yourself in the value chain ! Why coach and not Promoter then??... That is the question !!!
Sad when they split but sometimes its just a buisness decision
