No other object, Standard or Custom can have this permission on OWD settings. First objects are not holded by queue , its "records " And Answer to the question is "No", in Salesforce, an object cannot be in multiple queues at the same time. Each record of an object can only be assigned to a single queue. However, you can create multiple queues for the same object, and each queue can have different criteria for which records are assigned to it.
