Thank You .Single Profile can have access to only one profile . Using Record Type, Single profile can have access to multi Page Layout. different page layout for different profile on same record type. record types only control creation of record. even if profile has not got access for a record type , users of that profile will be able to see/edit records created using that record type.

When a profile who has not gotten the access to create new records able to see records created by profiles who have acess.then in experience record type system administrator and training manager both have access but page layouts assigned to them are different. If front desk executive opens the record created by system administrator of experience record type he will see the same page layout which is assigned to system administrator bcoz in experience record type front desk executive also assigned to same page layout.
But if front desk executive opens the record created by training manager which page layout he will see . Bcoz the record created by training manager means the page layout assigned is experienced record type (all required) but front desk executive assigned with not all required page layout . So when front desk executive opens the record created by training manager which page layout he will see
Record type only controls UI. If we want restrictions then can only achieve through sharing rules
Record created from one record type will be accessible to other users if not restricted

go to recycle bin in salesforce classic
@@pavandkbose recycle bin now available in lightning ,Steps go to app launcher then select view all and search "recycle bin" , NOTE: After 15 days, data is permanently deleted from the Recycle Bin. if i am wrong please correct me,, thank you .

This can only be done in Salesforce Classic.Just go to object management Settings for custom objects and click on deleted objects, you will get a list of those then just undelete which ever objects you wanted.
While creating user profile i didnt find Training Manager profile , under user licence. someone pls suggest
After access the student object to the training manager I'm not able to see the student tab over there not even in the app launcher what should I do ??? Someone send me help please
You might not give any object level access to him or tab might set to hidden.

You need to go to each a profile and change the default record type for the object.

You may not have admin access to edit the profile.
By default only admins can edit and assign reassign profiles to users
