But, the lonely feelings would kick in. The method is wrong. You shouldn't do it by stopping watching. It's the hard way. You should do it by getting in touch with people. You also could exercise, dances, cycling, or just taking a long walk, so your body spend those excessive energy on something else, rather than overproducing hormones. I tried it by commuting to the office with walking and taking public transportation. I don't feel like nutting anymore.
As a teenager I completely agree. Every time I stopped watching and deleted the app, it was impossible to not relapse within that same week. I started praying more and wanted to alter my life, so I went on more walks, cooked often, started reading again, self care, and spending time with my animals. Relapsing has never been a consideration for me which is why I’m about 8 months clean from it now.. it takes a strong mindset to actually get in the habit of preventing yourself from fapping every damn hour 😵💫
Yes, it's all about alternatives. But there's rarely one that can fill the gap. What I find useful is moving porn to an earlier time of the day so it's easier not to indulge myself like in the evening. Another is to disassociate masturbation from porn by masturbate with a sex toy after viewing porn or to a softer porn.
why not watch it at all?! you waste time in such things because they amuse your brain so why not just watch movies or any good series or play games. such things still affect your brain and body but not so bad like porn
