beautiful wing ! congratulation, wich airfoil did you use ?
Its a Tantalus Sensazione. It is a desig from a friend, not sure but i think its based om Mattias Hammerskolds hm51 profile.
@@jaap027 ah! hm51 is a very thick airfoil, I think this one is use in the Sirius plane also...Im about to star building a dlg for me and I don´t know wich airfoil is best for bagging. Any recommendations?
Only just found this: Good job there. How thick were the mylars? They curved around the leading edges well.

I'm curious what sort of spar you've used in this lovely wing? I think i see some of Carbon shear web?

Thin plastic with many small holes. Result is cleaner but it is not required.
@@jaap027Thanks Jaap.I was looking for a way to get a cleaner LE. I got a lot of the paper breather towels stuck to the LE.Are you still buidning?
Not facuum bagging anymore. Cant compete with the building quality of commercial builders.

great finish surface.what is the weight of carbon fiber and what kind of fabric?spread tow or woven?

Hello! How did you cut the elliptical console out of styrofoam?
The contour is done by hand. So is the sanding of the core.
