if u collected him does it work still because it won’t let me , i believe i added him to the s1 collection

I was able to do it after collecting them. I just had to make sure they weren't in any lineups or on the bench.

My captain is not in my lineup or event lineup. And it still won’t let me exchange him. Do you know why this is?

That's weird make sure they aren't on the bench either. I just tried it and it let me switch them

I think they fixed it won’t let me no to. I did this when game came out and got senga for missions and wanted to get buxton now and won’t let me

Had the same problem so i checked the mini season and restarted them and it worked for me
