I think the open diff and restrictive traction control even while off is the issue. I dont spin my cars too often so im not good at it but i cannot seem to hold a donut with the Q. While with my SS. i can no problem
@@SOUFSIDE_KAM I mean u can, Worst case you dont like it and u can go with an LSD. Its an upgrade either way from an open diff so its a win win situation.
I just found out yesterday there a button below the brake hold it for 5 seconds it disables all traction the button near the trunk doesn’t do that it will help the car spin easier
I drive both a 2016 SS and 2021 redsport, power isnt the issue its the open diff plus more restrictive controls on the Q 100%. The SS only make about 30-50 more WHP then a redsport. Torque im not exactly sure but the SS does make quite a bit more
@@SOUFSIDE_KAM if you want strictly a drift car/build go for it. If its your daily and you like to race and or occasional drifting/spinning go with a Limited slip diff. Z1 motorsports sells a LSD but its pretty pricey but worth it id say. A weld diff is just not practical for daily driving and or racing in my opinion
