Thank you. You are the first video to explain how far down to file it… and you are the first to explain in detail how and why you’re filing. Thanks for being clear!
i found my v2020 version of the ssx23 in a closet somewhere and followed your guide, went from shooting 2 shots and needing to reinsert the mag to shooting an entire mag completely fine. Thanks
@@ShreqAirsoft Just done it workin up to 1000 grit and its still ad bad. I suspect my trigger. If i were to post a video could you maybe take a look at it? Id really appreciate it, its bugging me like crazy
Not a problem, just an avid airsofter and tech looking to help out. There really wasn't any videos I could find on this exact issue. Novritch knows of this issue but, will PM the fix if you describe it to his team. That's why I made the video. It's a good shooting gun just had a flaw. Thanks.
My SSX23 suffered feeding issues where i had to tap the magazine a little to hear the mechanism inside click all the time. The part pushing the BB was uneven just like you descirbed. Filed it down just a bit and run my first mag with 24 shots loaded without any issues afterwards. Thank you very much for showing!
Thanks a ton. I had to take the feeding nozzle down as well. I felt my ssx23 catching on the magazine feed after I filed down the front slide rail. I just ran 72 of 72 from 3 mags.
It’s a little upsetting know that they have no quality control. The sights have flashing but I can look past that. When the gun doesn’t work well out the box that’s when there is an issue.
@@V0LVEX I completely agree. Mine gave me issues out of the box the very first day I used it. I thought it was just a fluke and you said the next time I played. I was doing Ghillie stuff with my SRS and the stupid thing didn't want to feed on me at some critical moments but luckily it ended up shooting at least one or two and the person called their hit.
@@ClubbHouseAirsoft This problem was a headache. I thought the magazines we're the problem since TM MK23 Magazines work properly even with the SSX23 feeding problem. Turned out that TM MK23 Gas Route are slippery enough.
I have a different feeding issue but it happens so irregularly I'm not too worried about it, but what happens is the mag spring catch gets caught once it reaches 5/6 bbs off the top and catches on the little indent, I think you need to file a piece down, have you got this issue at all
10-4. Pay attention to the cast of the nozzle. If it's outta whack you'll see how wavy and uneven it is on what I described in the video. As for the slide, what's the problem?
You may have to file a bit more off, try pressing down on the magazine gas seal, then insert the magazine and give it a whirl. If it doesn't jam at first, the starts to jam up again after firing some rounds through, you'll probably have to take more off. Other than that you may have another problem or a dirty nozzle track. If you filed it down and didn't clean up the debris afterwards it can cause this issue.

Awesome video. I got an SSX-23 and I have horrible feed issues. I have one magazine that miss feeds every other shot. Gonna give it try, thank you!
Did it work? I'm stuck with the same issue.
@@kkoffie446 Yes it did. I made a detailed fix video on it, you can find it here:

Nice. I haven’t experienced too much of this problem, but when it does happen, it is annoying.
Thanks!
If I could I would give you a big hug because you helped me fix my gun thank you very much sir

oh hell yeah thats exactly what mine is doing, I've got to get tools to take it apart since I'm brand new at this. I appreciate this

Did this to my ssx23 recently after some ftf issues. It works perfectly now. 10/10

Nicely done and thanks for the heads up
This worked! Thank you so much. I had been struggling lol

Hey, I know you!
Amazing, thank you so much for this
This worked! thank you.
Glad to hear it. Not too sure why it works for some and not for others. If I figure that out I'll post an update.

Tried it, now my trigger mechanism jams (it does not go back in normal position, i have to pull trigger with my finger to fire it again)
