    绿豆酥 Mung Bean Pastry
    原料 Ingredients
    油皮 pastry dough:
    面粉 all purpose flour 300g
    食用油 vegetable oil 65g
    砂糖 sugar 60g
    水 water 160g
    油酥 shortbread dough:
    低筋面粉 cake flour 180g
    食用油 vegetable oil 60g
    黄油 butter 25g 融化
    内馅 fillings:
    去皮绿豆 peeled split mung bean 300g
    黄油 butter 40g
    糖 sugar 150g
    预热好的烤箱350ºF(177 ºC) 烤30分钟。如果中途颜色开始变深,可以盖一张锡箔纸。
    in a pre-heated oven, bake at 350ºF(177 ºC) for 30 minutes. cover with foil half way to avoid color from getting too dark
