Why does this company charge 10 000 $ for a simple device ?

How do you set the bend radius? On our pan brake, I clamp the work a certain distance from the bending bar. . Hopefully the material assumes a bend radius equal to the distance from the bending bar to the edge of the clamping fingers. It does not always give an accurate radius.

There are a couple of types which differs in length. I think, 2500mm is the maximum length. BTW: in the meanwhile you can buy this machine from other companies, too - because the patents are old. Have a look at Baileigh BB-4816M oder from Electrabrake (South africa). I have bought a Baileigh and it is a 100% copy of the Magnabend 1250 - for less then half of the price :-)

I just purchased one of these brakes new. The start button initiates the magnet clamping down lightly on the metal, but when pulling up the arm up the main magnetic force doesn't engage until the arm raise to about 15 degrees. The metal lifts up and then snaps down hard when the arm gets towards 15 degrees and the main magnet starts. I see no adjustment in the brass rod connecting the leaf to the micro switch. The manual is very limited and of no help.

Unfortunately we don't make a 2ft one, but the 4ft one is still very mobile. It's 110v and light enough to move from site to site.

i am very interested in this brake. i have the same problem (s) as the inventor did, the design of my brake gets in the way. i however would like a 3meter brake, do they make the magna bend ten foot and bigger?

I can do this, I can do that, I can do everything with this...and shows nothing.
Show me how it works and what it does.
Do it in good quality resolution. In 6 years, video quality has changed - keep up and this would drive sales.
