- We had a great time camping at Fort Clinch State Park. We were in the River Campground loop in site #44. There are so many things to do at the park. We toured the Fort Clinch Fort and took a bike ride down the beach to dinner.

I am from the north we called them fireflies . Gave you a sunset without the clouds 🌇 . Very nice
Fort Clinch is a great park. In the area and not too far away are a couple of Jacksonville city parks. Huguenot Campground or Hanna Park Campground might also be worth checking out if you can't book Fort Clinch Campground because of its popularity.

I’ve never been to this state park, but I’ve heard great things about it; and now, with your great video about it, I want to go even more now! You guys are definitely top-notch now in your filming and editing skills. Well done! And, btw, they’re LIGHTNING BUGS! 😁 (I was born & raised in New York, so I don’t know if it’s a regional thing on what they’re called.)

Random question. Does your dehumidifier work really well?
Yes, it works great. We are on the second one since 2019 but it wasn't that expensive.
How do y’all handle rain with your canopy?
We do stake the canopy down in case the wind picks up. If the rain is not too bad, everything will stay pretty dry. When it starts blowing sideways, we fold up the chairs and get in the camper. 😄
