KiwiRail on the MNPL Summer 2024 - Palmerston North - Whareroa (4K)

Over 3 days in January we chased Trains along the Marton New Plymouth line.
This video starts with chasing train 534 from Feilding to Mokoia, stopping along places such as the Westmere Bank and Waverly, before seeing Palmerston North bound train 521 with a DSG in tow across the Manawapou Viaduct. Two days later we chase train 535 from Mokoia to Fordell.
Sit back and enjoy the sounds of KiwiRail's DL class working along the Marton - New Plymouth Line

I watch these Videos and wonder why not more freight is not moved by Kiwi Rall I see so many wagons being moved by rail and all I can see is trucks not on the roads!! It's got to be better for the roads and motors by not having these trucks on the roads??
