I’m a person looking at the 11 IPad Air m2 256gb va the IPad Pro M4 256gb 11. Processor difference after education discount is around 880 vs 1107. Would the upgrade be worth it? Never had an iPad and never really done any editing but would like to start. What are you thoughts?
It really depends on your workflow and how you plan to work on the iPad. The processor difference will be not be very noticeable on the iPad coming from an M4 to an M2 processor. However, one part of the iPad you should take into account is the ProMotion refresh rate of the screens. The iPad Pro will use a 120 Hz screen compared to the Air's 60 Hz screen. Since using an iPad is very touch based, you should try looking to see if the difference in screen refresh is a big deal to you. If not, you'd be better off going with the iPad Air.
