That's an old iMac with a DVD/CD-ROM player. Those aren't made anymore. It could be refurbished (cheap) but it's very old for sure. The floors and amenities look nice but it looks like a single occupant unit divided by 4 = poor people can live there uncomfortably. The neighborhood may be crap, so the rent might be super cheap. The outdoor walkup vs. having an elevator means it's likely priced down. There are many factors that we don't know. And yes, "poor" is relative but he's in N. America.

That's also specifically why I mentioned "Haiti" referring to how unaware americans are of what struggling actually is... and i was also partly joking. But I doubt the homeless in America would qualify even this as being poor, middle class is an ok description.
@@nedjecamillechevry5695 True about that MacBook. I didn't see that. It could have been given to them or may not be their's. We don't know vs. the old Mac is a desktop and likely their's. But on poverty and struggling in America, especially for those of us marginalized groups, I'll respectfully agree to disagree.
