    Avoid lng sugar ang processed food and sugar....kain kng daming veggies for carbs... pero at the end of the day kung san ka masaya dun ka

    3 months ako nag intermittent fasting 16:8. From 80 kilos down to 72 na ngayon. Hindi pa ako nag 100% keto pero sinimulan ko ng mag bawas ng rice tsaka grains. Tapos inom rin ng green tea❤ worth it yung sikap...yung mga pananakit ko sa likod...nawawala na. Wala akong iniinom na gamot. Lifestyle tsaka diet talaga.

    From to 69kilos now 67.. One months palng ako nag dadaet.
    No rice sa umaga at tanghali at gabi..
    Puro isda vetable at. Meat lang tapos inok nng. Block cofe.. Sna tuloy tuloy na❤

    Avoid na lang siguro ng processed foods, corn syrup sweetened foods like juice drinks, softdrinks, etc., beer, white sugars o kahit na brown sugar. Pwede naman magkape na walang asukal o coffee mate. Change white rice to upland red or black rice that are non-gmo and no factory chemical pesticide, but limit to 1 cup per meal, exercise at least 30 minutes a day, no skipping of meals but at least give 4 hours interval fasting in-between meals

    Dear dietitian, di naman ini-eliminate totally ang carbs sa keto diet. kase may carbs ang veggies!

      dipende parin sa mga veggies yung iba starchy veggies potato, kalabasa, sitaw, carrots yan ang iwasan mo.. yung brocoli, cauliflower, lettuce isang cup nyan nasa 1-2g carbs lng.. kahit sangdamukal pwede.. baka ikaw ang susuko busog ka na haha

      Well Nurse Jacky, you need tp study nutrition ans biochemistry to get her point. Di porket sinabi ng doktor susunod ka. His practice is medicine, hindi nutrition. Hindi Dietitians and Doctors.

    Keto diet: 7-10 cups veggies per day (mostly green salad the better), protein max. Of 9 oz per day, fats (avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, nuts; eggs, salmon and sardine {protein & fats source} ). Max. Of 80 grams per day. .... and Intermittent Fasting. Watch Dr. Berg

      okay milktea basta ikaw gagawa tea + non dairy creamer sugarfree + imbes na sugar gumamit ka stevia.. ganun din sa coffee

    I eat high carb meals and combine it with the OMAD lifestyle. I now have subclinical hypothyroidism from years of dieting (keto,hcg,South Beach,etc) and taking everything that has the word slimming slapped into it. My metabolism slowed down and now Im bringing my metabolism back up through eating mostly plant based nutrient dense food and 30min to 1hr home exercise. To cut the story short, my body weight and body fat percentage is steadily going down. Its in a slow pace, but I learned to be patient and started loving my body wherever I am in my journey. Im glad that I dont need to go on keto to be achieving my results.

    Don't blame the fats on what the bad carbs and sugar did. So don't blame cholesterol which is trying to rebuild or repair what the bad carbs and sugar damaged.

    my views on keto. Do keto diet if you have normal creatinine (blood chem), BUN if mataas don't instead of keto do low carb na lang around 90grams carbs minimum per day. Higher is better. Kung mataas na yung creatinine mo at nag keto ka meaning maximum of 40 grams of carbs, problema nun tataas lalo creatinine mo which will lead you to CKD. Mine tumaas after doing keto kaya hinay hinay lang ako dyan.

      not really.. meron mga nasa stage5 ckd na pero nagawa nila ang keto safetly.. and protein lang naman nakaksama sa ckd which is ihihi mo un.. pero yung fats iabsorb yan ng katawan mo bilang source of energy for keto kaya baba rin createnine mo.. eto yung story nya ruclips.net/video/_pxjBOyufKg/видео.html

    Sa umpisa lang ang high fat, pag under keto kana, less fat na, no additional fat , and remember good fats ang ginagamit dto. Enough fat nalang para ang gamitin ng body aybyun sariling fatna nya para mag lose ng weight,,, hindi forever ang high fat,, and sugar is really bad.

      Xandee Almazan tama yung sinasabi ng mga nutritionist at doctor. Iba parin pag balance diet. Culprit lng nmn lagi sugar. Pag mabilisang pgpppayat ok yan keto diet pero in the long run kung wala kng epilepsy ndi ok. Too much fats and cholesterol nkkcause ng colon cancer

      Pagkain at nabubuhay po ang cancer cells sa carbs or sugar pero hindi po ito nabubuhay sa ketones. So kung tama po ang kinakain sa keto diet, anti cancer din ito. Plus kung sasabayan mo pa ng fasting (madali lang po kung nag ke keto ka) especially dxtended fasting to trigger autophagy, i be breakdown nya ang mga old, damaged, infected cells and convert to amino acids. So, pano ka mag ka ka cancer.

    I dont like keto because of those fats.. i used DUKAN diet high protein lean meat and low carb then meron syang 4 stages till ma stabilized yung dream weight mo.

    Matagal na tayu naloko ng mga doctor ok lang nmn ang fats ang delikado ang dalawang white which is sugar and salt....kung ngatatake ka ng fats kelang mo dn e burn syemps....ang mahirap e burn ang sugar...which is nkakabilis mkataba...

    I am at my 18 days of keto and I was 78.9 kilo but know I'm 72.1 and I do keto and fasting at the same time. Morning keto coffee amd at 2 pm saka lang ako kakain. Yung mga sumusunod na oras ay hindi na ako gutom. Works for me

    Pwede mo namang kainin kahit anong gxto mo pero dapat limitahan ang calorie intake.. Hehehe.. Nag cacake at softdrinks prin nman ako pro galaw galaw talaga dpat katawan hindi ung dretso tyo sa sofa maglumpasay at manuod ng movie..

    The dietitian needs to do keto. Whatever diet this dietitian is doing, it's clearly not helping her. The keto guru gave shallow explanations. Sayang Yung airtime. No mention of insulin resistance and why keto diet improves health by reducing overall blood insulin levels.

      "Diet" simply means one's food intake first and foremost. It does not really pertain to weight loss, medically speaking. Inassociate lang naman ang term na diet sa weight loss nung nauso ang mga FAD DIETS. And yes, may mga studies naman talaga that ketogenic diet has good effects, especially for epileptics and in the short to medium term weight loss (and I would not discredit that- in fact there are doctors who recommend this dietary lifestyle), PERO hindi pa siya proven on the long term run, if it's safe on diabetics and what not. So what is recommended is still having balanced diet. ;)

    Set na lang ng calorie intake each day and stick to it.. makakain m pa gusto mo basta wag lng lalampas sa calorie "budget" mo..1 week pa lang nagstart pero nag lose na ng 1.4 kilos..

    I myself now can attest to you how magic the Low carb or keto is....I'm more feel lighter and healthier now. Nawala mga sakit ng ulo ko ..High blood.. and in low carb you can combine it with fasting....it has a lots of benefits in lowcarb than the traditional food pyramid

      Huwag mong pagsamahin ang carbs (lalong-lalo na processed carb) at taba kapag kumain ka. Ang carbs naman ang nagpapataas ng cholesterol kapag sinamahan mo ng taba.

      Victor Robin combine it with intermittent fasting you'll see you will not have loose skin. Keto protects the muscles.

    Kakastart ko lang mgketo and for 5 days nawalan kaagad ako ng 3 kg although parang nagiging IF na din sya dahil hindi na ako nakakaramdam ng gutom once I take my lunch so water or black tea na lang ako pag hapon.

    Hindi ba mas bad sa heart yung fats (bad fats) like chicharon, pork fat, butter? Babara sa arteries yun as time goes by? Good fat like avocado no problem with me concern ako sa bad fat na ini intake. I do low carb diet hah but I avoid bad fats for my cholesterol.

      hindi naman kasi tunaw agad yan mga fats na kinain mo within 6-7hours gagamitin source ng energy ang fats ng keto.. ang bawal lang pag pinagsabay mo fats + carbs dyan tataas cholesterol at heart issue ka

    Experto? Proven na ang cause ng cardiovascular diseases ay sugar/carbohydrates. Hindi lang din Fat ang kailangan i-consume. Kailangan i-balance with vegetables and low carb fruits.

    Itong nutritionist na ito dapat mag update na old school ang approach good carbs may sustansya daw ( di nya alam na lahat na carbs maging glucose at tataas ang insulin natin). Mag aral ka uli at saka tingnan mo yung food pyramid natin dapat baliktarin.

    Whatever works for you, just do it.. But the thing is, it should always be balanced, if we just know about the balance nutrition which is very easy to do.. No need to be deprived, you can still eat your fave food once in a while.. Still eat anything in moderation, you dont have to eat less, you just have to eat right..😊

      Oftentimes eating sugar and carbs in moderation is leading you to eat more and and more daily. So it’s good to avoid the sugar and carbs as soon as early!

    "may paalala ang mga eksperto" more like may negative na sasabihin. These so-called experts, doctors are taught to pair patients with medicines, pills, etc. during most of their time in school, therefore we cannot blame them. It's the industry, companies are the real culprit for the sake of profit. This isn't a conspiracy theory, this is the real world.

      true yung mga endocronologist(diabetes doctor) mas gusto nila kumain ka ng konti rice at sabayan ng insulin/metaformin.. kaya magiging dependent at aasa katawan mo sa gamot imbes na labanan/reverse ng katawan mo yung sakit.. eh di more profit sa company at medical field nila kasi bibili ka ng bibili ng insulin at meds haha.. mas ok talaga pumunta na lang sa nutritionist sila magbibigay ng meal plan sau like keto diet

      For me, it's the opposite way. Before I have bowel movement problem like i pooped every other 2-3 days but when I start doing keto diet , my bowel movement is now regular which is a good thing for me

    the high cholesterol..the longer you live.... i believe, basta maganda lng ang circulation ng dugo mo...exercise the best, dapat siguro mag aral pa ang tao sa mga makabagong kaalaman ngayon,nag iiba na din ang klaalaman ng tao..not to depend on a book... na binabasa pa ng lolo ng lola ko...

      These aren't just dependent on books, these are evidence based. Matagal na pong napatunayan that the higher your cholesterol is (or should I say, "bad cholesterol" kasi may good cholesterol din naman), the higher the risk of heart issues. BUT to be fair, ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting are good in the short to medium term weight loss (and I would not discredit that), pero hindi pa siya proven on the long term run, if it's safe on diabetics and what not. ;)

    Napag iwanan na yung dietician, walang carbs sa panahon ng mga cavemen at walang obese sa kanila. Dahil sa carbs kaya tumataba. Good carbs at low amount is good coupled with high fat, dami videos nyan sa youtube.

    Nag keketo na ako for 1 month palang and nag loose na ako for almost 9KG. I started 67kg, now 58kg na 😁 effective tlga sya kng sabayan mo ng interminent fasting and SELF DISCIPLINE. 😁 I've been kicked out on keto once on my 2nd week of diet pero na back on track naman agad. thank God!

      @@abubakarbagumbayan5423 hi po, normal filipino foods lng po. So everyday kumakain ako ng first meal ko around 1pm (meat then vegetables) then last meal around 9pm (more meat). between meals nag cocoffee ako or tea.
      Fave meal ko, adobo, chopsuey, pakbet, tuna, eggs. Etc.. madami kang ma kakain na filipino food pag nag keketo bsta avoid lng ng harina, sugar and RICE.

    hirap mag ka flat na tyan. ako nga di naman mataba. hirap haha. 16:8 fasting and quit sugar and processed food. at workout. hirap i loose ang 1inch lower stomach fat 😅

    Ako po 8- 10 glass of water,no rice,no sugar i drink coffee po lagyan ko ng almond milk,no soft drink po ,i eat lots of green salad,boild eggs becon po,sometimes oatmeal.sana maging effective ang ginagawa ko.

    My husband and I are doing keto. I lost 12 lbs agad in 2 weeks. true Keto diet is good fats hindi puro karne or puro processed fats like bacon. Dapat eh good kinds of fat like avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, MCT oil and butter. Need lang after achieving your goal weight, go back gradually to balanced diet. Saka, one common mistake ng tao is sinasabi you don't have to count the calories in Keto. That's not true. You have to count calories and balance the protein and fats and carbs sa meal plan mo for the day.

    My brother, niece and myself lose almost 300 lbs dahil Sa keto. 62 na ako with zero medication. My brother dati syang obese almost 300 lbs. He lose 120 lbs. at masayang masaya sya. We get complex carbs from eating lots of vegetables. Ako naman 190 lbs. to 125 dahil din sa keto. 40 years akong trying to lose weight and Sa ketogenic diet lang ako pumayat. Sa ngayon I’m not in ketogenic diet anymore but still in low carb high good fat. I eat less than a 100g of complex carbs at nag fafasting ako- 16-8 and still maintaining my healthy weight.

    we dont need carbs to digest fat the liver produces an enzym called bile to digest fat and fat soluble vitamins needs fat to be absorbed not carbs and keto diet is not strictly zero carb diet you can still eat high dietary fiber low glycemic veggies and nuts
