Well, this is unexpected. Unexpected but awesome! At the time I saw part 5, and I thought about what kind of console room we would get out of a hybrid like this, I didn't know what to expect. Now I do, because this is perfect! I suppose this draws the story full circle. We started with part 1, and technically ended with the "Reviving an Abandoned Tardis" video,, and today we even see the bits we didn't see at first. Full circle. :) I can't wait to see what you come up with next. Guess my next big question is, who exactly revived the Type 29 in the first place? Or did it revive itself? Who can say. :)
also i must admit i do wonder what would happen if you do this with other interiors of yours im not sure if it's something you'd do theta but i think it would be interesting as some of them do have potential and i just personally like the small consoles with the small column instead of the one going to the roof
one of the problems i have when people make fan made tardis consoles, is that they put too many buttons and levers and stuff like that there, you however are on the thin line, yours is still good
2:30 What's the music called? I heard it once but forgot the name... Also, just wondered, what do you think of my suggestion about a clock tardis? Great interior as always. Why the BBC hasn't asked you to design TARDIS interiors yet is beyond me. :D
I really do enjoy these videos, from the way you design them, to how you make each one look like it could be an official Tardis Console room. Btw, three things: 1) How has your year been? (Sorry it’s a bit late, but better late than never) 2) What would a TARDIS console room change look like to you? (I mean, there are the default Console looks and stuff, but what would a TARDIS changing it’s console look like?) 3) Heard you were on the team working with BabelColour on “The Timeless Doctor”, congrats, and hope to see more of your work, even in fan films. (And maybe official work if BBC will let you).
Thanks, always appreciate the comments As to your questions three:- 1) New Year was great, but it already seems so long ago. Hope you fairing well? 2) I recently did a video where I tried to imply that my Type 36 TARDIS regenerated in a 'similar' way to Timelords. My basis for this is that the 8th Doctor mentioned (in a novel I think) that Artron energy and Regeneration energy are very similar. Even if its not strictly a regeneration, I like to think its a matter to energy, energy to matter transference. 3) Yes, I am and it was very exciting as I have liked (as have so many others) Bablecolours work for years. My contribution is small, but still great to be involved.
Absolutely magnificent. I’ve got to say something though because I’m OCD about spelling. It’s Imminent not Immanant. I am really not saying this to undermine this incredible work, it’s more a problem with me......I’m like this all the time. I’m so into this it makes me wonder why the TARDIS would get the spelling wrong! Please don’t take it the wrong way, I am a man of peace.
I rushed this video a little and this mistake is 'really' bothering me too. I noticed it the day after I uploaded it. It is a real shame I cannot just update videos on youTube. Even if I were to fix the video it would look odd to load the same video twice! I think this video might quietly disappear into the void in a day or so!
What is your philosophy on materials and texturing? Do you use photo textures or procedural mostly, or is it an even mix? Do you use diffuse and glossy setups or just a principled BSDF?
I use PBS materials but sparingly - render times shoot up. I always prefer to use diffuse and glossy setups, you have to do a bit more work however you appear to have much more control.
I suppose the right answer should be it does not matter. But I intended 'that' Doctor to be a man. I know what you mean though, might be the long coat.
I love how the interior looks for this TARDIS. Its kinda giving me Titanic & Shalka's TARDIS (the spiraling staircase) vibes.
That's an absolutely gorgeous console room
I love this interior. Makes me want my own TARDIS.
I wonder what the interior would’ve looked like it was un merging itself.
a rather elegant clockwork design suiting this old gal. i just love a good clockwork interior
Not what I was expecting for the merged Tardis interior but I like this.
Love the new time rotor how was your Xmas & your new year
Great - thanks for asking :-)
Love your tardis designs
That stair case shot have me flashbacks to the doctor who experience looking down on to the 80s console 😍
might be the best console yet.
Beautiful! Officially my favorite console room
Can you do more exterior shots?
Oh, wow... that is gorgeous!
Well done again 👍👍
Looks absolutely amazing 👏
i'd like to see more of this hybrid exterior
I see my idea of the console's panel's gears being encased in glass was incorporated!

This should be 14th new Tardis
The new console room looks like something a early incarnation of the Master would have had.
Would be cool to import this into Unreal Engine, Unity, or other and have it as a setting you can walk around. Great work!
These videos are epic !!
Nice steampunky look
fab!

Woah... this is amazing!
Thankyou for sharing this with us! its a really cool design, and we get to see more of your Doctor 😊 where do you get all the dramatic music from?
It is all on the RUclips royalty free library
EXCUSE ME DID THE DOCTOR AND AMY JUST SLIDE OUT THE WINDOW

@@ThetaSigma I shouldn’t have said it! No need to apologise I LOVE your work.
@@KingofPotatoPeople No need to worry - this has been bothering me all day and you are not the first person to mention it :-)

When i look the title, i was thinking 39/45.
Me : WTF
Bbc Should make it tardis room)!
Wow!
Top !
did the translation circuits malfunction when it came to spelling "imminent" :-)
Oh dear - that is rather embarrassing!!
What would happened if The Doctor was too late or... He never went to rescue The Type 36?
The Timelords would have all their loose ends tied up for them.
Theta, this video is listed in the Type 36 playlist. Can you add it?
I LOVE
Gah, you're really really fucking good at this stuff I love it.
How do you learn to do this stuff it's amazing.
What makes a Hybrid Tardis?
So what do you think of the type 80 that I found on deviantart?
Yes - the Time Lord Rassilon - he does some excellent designs and I agree this one is epic.
You do!
When are you going to start working on it?
please put garry's mod
0:14 *imminent
I know :-(
@@ThetaSigma Felt I needed to point it out because misspelling is a problem.
that Doctor is a man or a woman?

@@ThetaSigma ok.
