- Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of uploads since Erased ED. I flew to New York to prepare and perform my anime piano concert!
Simply put, the New York 2016 anime piano event was a success! I have had unbelievable support from the audience and also the school's anime club members and advisor! Not to mention, my friend Jae was the one who sparked the idea of performing in New York, so I really owe it to him that this concert was formed to begin with!
In addition, I've met fellow RUclipsr Sherry Kim who also lives in New York! It was an amazing experience, and our practice session was as equally fun as the concert. :3 (make sure to check her channel out!! / fantasiex3 )
Apologies for the mistakes and my awkward speeches... I'm still working on my live performance skills! But each time I perform on stage, I feel like I'm getting better and better. And the better I play, the more the music comes alive and touches the hearts of fellow anime fans - that's what I'd like to accomplish in the future :3
Well then, I hope to see you next time! I have a couple of plans (some that are interesting... fufufu).

I'm not the type of person who gets particularlly emoitional. During my grandfathers passing I was completely unaffected.
When I saw Clannad Afterstory, my world was turned upside down. I felt sick for the whole next day. I had to take a break. When I finally mustered up the courage to finish the show I was met with the most unexplainable feeling in the universe. Tears were shed.
Clannad, the show that broke me.
Perfection is a synonym of Clannad.

Once a person has watched Clannad, all of their future experiences are built on it. You can't forget it.
Something about this just makes me really happy. Clannad music is beautiful on its own but when it's played in front of a lot of people, it gives off a very ethereal feeling, like giving the audience a glimpse into something magical.
I imagine this as Nagisa and Tomoya's wedding song. I love CLANNAD! 😍❤️☺️ My fav anime by Key.
In Japan, most couple don't have ceremonies. What's important is family registration paper, making them a family.
The joy, laughter and tears that your music can bring to people. What a heartwarming performance. I'm looking forward to the day I attend your concert!

I love the fact that your performances are with people on stage, you give out speeches and it's like you're one of us. The cosy/friendly atmosphere is amazing. Would have loved to be there!

Most schools in my country have anime clubs and they usually hold events like anime music concerts, cosplays and many more. And they don't only just watch anime all day, they actually study japanese and japanese culture/history

My first Anime was clannad, and let me say i definitely didn't expect much.
But that Anime left me depressed for months tbh years! When i see pictures of clannad or even just the title i get emotional.
When i hear the melodies of clannad? I might even get to the hospital, I'm not even joking.
That's why I'm kinda scared watching this xD people will now comment on how pathetic it is but srsllyy, Clannad hit me like a thunderstorm..

Also, am I the only one that feels like theishter's awkward speeches actually add to the performance? Unlike animenz, who is the anime piano robot, it feels like there's a real person on stage who has his own personality, feelings and shyness that all go into the music. It brings the whole performance alive.

Heartily congratulations, must be very hard to play when people aren't sitting in the hall and around you. It is worth noting that the room is very quiet, no loud whispering and don't do other nasty things, it very tactfully.
