INGREDIENTS TO MAE THE RECIPE :
10 EGGS
3 MEDIUM SIZE ONION
3 SMALL TOMATOES
4 Dried Red Chillies (soaked)
10 Garlic Cloves
10 - 15 Cashews
1/2 Cup Malai
FOR COOKING
1 Laddle Oil
1 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Black Cardamom
3 Green Cardamom
15 Black Pepprocorns
4 Cloves
1 Bay Leaf
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Haldi powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp COriander POwder
1 tsp Chicken Masala
1 cup Water
1 tsp Garam MAslaa
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Sugar
FOR EGGS TADKA
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp Butter
Ginger juliennes
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 Green chillies sliced
Freshly Chopped Coriander
