I want to start by saying I enjoy watching vocal coaches analyze music. I have watched so many coaches do so, however... I am so beyond happy that I came across this video. You have became my all time favorite. Your personality and spirit are wonderful and contagious! I absolutely would watch a 20 part video about this. Not only because this is a masterpiece of a song, yebba and lucky daye both are artists that genuinely sound flawless live. So many artists cannot do that. Plus YOUR voice is Absolutely breathtaking as well!!! The way you were able to recreate/repeat what they were singing and how they were singing it, with so much precision and ease blew my mind!!!!! I just found your channel tonight and I’m hoping that teach vocal lessons. I want to learn how to sing. I was in the choir when I was younger and I once owned a recording studio, but I never learn how to sing solo. I’m one of the best rappers that you’ve ever heard but other than holding notes want to learn how to sang
You are so amazing and your voice is beautiful if I had confidence in my voice I would definitely pay for vocal coaching. I don’t think it’s worth it just me feeling more confident to sing out loud to myself around the house but seriously I do be wishing I could. You definitely have a new follower could you do a video on Yebba’s Distance? The way that I’m requesting it is the RUclips visual video bc Yebba changed out the ending to the song and took one of the male background vocals off and it is so noticeable to me it hurts my heart so I want you to do the original version.

New follower here. Love your personality & analysis. I think the only thing you start to miss are the nuances as they’re both American accent English speakers/vocalists. The slang gets mixy! Lucky did a “howl” like Marvin Gaye & rounded his mouth then sang to the side pulled away from the mic. To mimic that old soul sound with echo bullhorn type effects. Also, he goes in false a lot b/c that’s his comfort zone. He doesn’t sing naturally low like he can push in the studio. Yebba does churchy runs & nuances in a jazzy mixed with folk manner. Turns into a yodel then belting. Lucky sings his last notes right until he almost runs out of breath. I feel like he’s lowkey a poet ,that’s why he switches into spoken word. I love the layers!!
